I've had good luck with the HP LaserJet Pro M252dw. It has wireless capabilities, but I've only ever set them up via USB or ethernet. The toner cartridges are no problem to replace.
Most color laser printers are well suited to infrequent printing because their ink doesn't "dry out" like inkjet printers. Color laser printers can therefore be left for several weeks/months without printing and have no adverse effects. To maintain the best image quality, you will want to stick to original OEM ink cartridges instead of generic.

Yes, we ended up ordering the HP Laserjet Pro M252dw.
