I heard about these from a co-sleeping friend. They're a little pricey, but they do exactly what you're looking for. If you don't want to shell out a few hundred bucks and you're crafty, something like that wouldn't be too hard to make, I don't think.

Ok, lets do this,

firstly, you're awesome. Everything is going to be ok soon i promise. You're literally made for this kind of stress, so you can handle it. It sucks, I know, but you're not alone the reddit army has your back....oh yeah, you're husband is there too lol

secondly, the tips,tricks,and dodads:

My husband is a SOUND sleeper. As in he makes sounds, can't hear sounds, and flops around the bed like a cave man (frequently pulling me across the bed to hug me in his sleep) So if your husband is anything like mine you might find this "bed bump" useful.

Bedroll:It's super safe, no edges to get wedged in, and dad isn't going to rollover onto her.

bouncy hammock: this is good for colicky babies, acid reflux and tired parents. A friend of mine puts a heating blanket in the bottom of hers because her child demands sauna like temperatures to sleep in. (just make sure that the cord is on the foot side and not the head side for safety). There are several different kinds and most have adaptions you can use to hang them from a doorway (for those quick trip to mums house)

Last but not least the wrap. Now, the moby wrap is not the end all be all of wraps. it's kind of long and convoluted for a mum with a screamer. here is another brand you can try if the moby style isn't working (yet) its only two loops instead of the one long strip

i hope some of this helps!
