it helps somehow. i think it helped me change my perspective a bit, and once i did that i was able to start to identify and improve on problems areas. also, super enjoying to read.
also, a lot of times it might be easier to avoid those argument loops. maybe set a time that you will do it or the name of the classmate you will pay to do it for you. kidding, kidding. they probably won't want to hear about that.
