The similar-looking i-Blason case is $5.99, and is already in stock (no wait until August 12). I'm waiting for the MoKo carbon fiber one (available August 20); I have the same model for the old Nexus and it works very well.

There's a lot on Amazon. I got this screen protector (it has 2-day shipping with Prime). This is the case I bought, which is has already been released.
All the good stuff will release later this month, but I'm going on a week-long trip out of country in the middle of August, so I needed something to protect my tablet.
For now, I'd probably forego the screen protector, since I think it's a little overpriced. If you need something before the 15th, I'd just get the cheapest case you can find, then upgrade when the quality stuff is released.
I think it's kinda lousy that accessories are so limited right now. You'd think Google/Asus would have worked with the manufacturers to get a decent selection ready by release.
