Incipio makes some great cases that work perfectly for SP3 and SP4. Excellent value for the money.
Always set your Surface down on the keyboard side, never the kickstand side if you want to avoid scratches.

I have this one. It fits really nice with my SP4/Type Cover, and has a zipper pocket for cables or the Pen.
Looks like it's about the same price on Amazon.ca as well?
You can buy them right now on Amazon. The black one seems to be out of stock, but the coloured ones are available.
I ordered mine from a danish retailer, but something went wrong with the delivery, which is why I'm still waiting for it.
