This one is similar to The one I have, they put off a lot of heat so in the garage or something like that works best. T5 fluorescent lighting works good indoors and doesn’t put off nearly as much heat. T5 uses a lot less power too.

So I suppose that depends in your definition of best. This light off amazon is $120 - but 600 watts of hps. The "300 watt" cheap blurple lights are usually around 100-150 watts and about the same efficiency; meaning the 600 hps should yeild 4x the amount of the blurple.
