tub was installed improperly, it will have to be redone.
until that happens or until hell freezes over which is more likely remove the mat after use, hang it until dry and squeegee all the standing water to the drain.

for the ruined caulking scrape it out and reapply it, caulking tools are cheap and leave a nice bead.

to kill any remaining mold use a 2:1 bleach spray and cover every surface.

for hard water spotting use a product like iron out

spray it down, let it set for about 5 minutes then wash the walls off. try to not breathe it, it is quite caustic.

Buy yourself some iron out. Amazon sells a four pound container for less than $13: Summit Brands Iron OUT Rust Stain Remover Powder, 4 lb. 12 oz. Bottle https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00103XAQC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_ad8JBb23T4JWJ Mix about 1 cup of iron out per gallon of water. Don't breathe the fumes and do it outside. I let my quartz crystals soak in the sun for about a day, and then soak in straight water for a few hours after. They will look beautiful afterwards.

We have some iron issues with our water, mostly due to deteriorating galvanized pipe, and some VERY heavy stains in some areas. I did some research and found Iron Out. It is an amazing rust stain remover. Works better than any acid I've tried, even. Got my leaky sink clean, even, and didn't harm the glazing or the drain, like acid did. I don't know how it'd do on a large surface, because it does work best while remaining wet, but it really does the trick if you can't use an acid-based product

If you want to clean it up, get rid of the iron oxide coating, the best method is Super Iron Out. Leave it in a solution of Super Iron Out overnight. Its not available here in Ireland so I had to make it myself, it's a solution of sodium dithionite, citric acid and sodium bicarbonate...

A good soak in Iron Out for a few days will help clean them up. Since it's quartz, you can also use a brass or steel bristle brush if they need a little extra help after the soak.
