Sulfate free is important for shampoos, too. When Bossy gets older look at the Cantu brand of products (only mentioning age because they're not "tear-free") - they have some good leave in conditioners. Carol's Daughter is good but can be pricey. (I'm guessing you've tried it based on the hair milk comment?)
