If you find that the capsules are helpful, you may want to look into making your own using the syringe distillates; you'll end up saving quite a bit of money (my last batch of 10mg capsules came out to just over $20.00 USD per 30 capsules). In addition to the cost savings, you can make the capsules in any dosage that you want.
I use coconut oil as the base and sunflower lecithin to help the body process the cannabinoids. The amounts to use vary by how many capsules you want to make, the size of the capsules, the potency that you want each capsule to be, and how much actual THC and/or CBD is in the syringe. My only golden rule is to use ~ 0.065 ml of Lecithin for every 1.0 ml of oil in my batch.
I mix the coconut oil and lecithin together in a 100ml flask using a glass stirring rod, using a heat gun to warm up the oil (I go by feel, but I'm guessing that the oil gets to ~ 140-160° F). Once they're thoroughly blended together, I add the syringe of distillate and do the same. I'll hit the flask several times with the heat gun as I'm stirring, just to keep the oil warm.
Once completely blended, I use a syringe to fill the capsules:

As an example, to make 10mg Size-0 CBD capsules from a 1ml distillate syringe containing 833mg of CBD and 67mg of THC, here are the numbers that I'd use:

Would something like this work? I looked on Ebay but I'm not too familiar with these things. I know I'll need a very thin one to be able to fit in the small hole to suck out the liquid.
