Video's campy, but it still shows off the sandwich pretty well. Sliced thin, served hot. Most get them three-way, which is sauce, mayo and cheese. I go sauce and cheese. Regardless of the roast beef place north of Boston you go to, they use James River BBQ sauce. Or they aren't very good.
