I can help! Sushi places mix Kewpie mayo with Sriracha to make their spicy mayo. Kewpie is distinct from American/Western mayo in that it uses only egg yolks rather than whole eggs, as well as using rice or apple cider vinegar, rather than distilled.
It can be "lighter" if it wants but the ingredients and nutritional info is essentially identical to american hellmans.
The main component of both being soybean oil, which is horrible for you.

its cheaper if you go to a place like 99 ranch market(4 dollars for 17oz) but i have a mom and pop asian market near me that has it for 3 dollars per.
can be used in all the normal ways you use mayo. it's also a very popular topping for some iconic japanese street food and bar food (like okonomiyaki and tako-yaki). it comes in a squeezy tube thing so it dispenses in thin lines, rather than being taken out of a big jar with a spoon or knife.
