Used Book in Good Condition
Except the USN themselves classified Kaiboukans as DEs during their post-war analysis. It doesn't matter how much you hate it, Kaiboukans are DEs, the USN said so don't bother them about it. Too many people focus too much on the D part of the hull designation and never actually bother to do a more thorough research which would lead them to the realization that DE was used for small "Escorts" in general, which is exactly what Kaiboukans are also classified as in their in-game cards.
