what everybody else said and add broccoli sprouts (in case she wants to grow the sprouts, before eating them, chop them and leave them like that 5 minutes) or just take Broccomax (with myrosinase enzime included in the supp). watch the podcast of rhonda patrick with rogan, she explains some good things on this. also add magnesium citrate (don't get oxide form) and if she doesn't get plenty of sun, vitamin d3 and also add omega 3 fish oil.

i'd get her turmeric/curcumin with bioperine for absorption ,,, broccomax well maybe piracetam but I am not sure.

eliminating all simple carbohydrates;

eliminating gluten and processed food;

exercising for a minimum of 30 minutes, 4-6 days per week.
