I have more IBS-D than -C. I have been taking this for about 10 days now and I am happy to report that my gut is much happier (as measured by less gas pain, urgency, times per day). I had a thought at one point, “I am actually feeling normal again.” I am still avoiding all dairy and eating a pretty bland, restricted diet. But I feel cautiously optimistic. You can get it on Amazon, but I bought it at Sprouts.

This stuff helps me these days for anxiety and sleep: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015NLOMJK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's important to remember that this is temporary and you are kinda-sorta insane right now. heh. It's totally normal. It's really hard to work on anything too hardcore right now but you'll eventually feel a little better than the day before and that will keep repeating. Besides that kava, I like Skullcap and Lemon Balm a lot for anxiety but best to spend a little more and get the highest quality you can find. The subreddits "supplements" and "nootropics" may have some useful posts.

Well I was on sub for like 4 years and started at 24MG. I don't know what your situation was but I was super jacked after that. It took a solid 2 weeks before the worst of my RLS and aches left and several months later before I really felt that I was getting better each day.

If you can muster doing even a little bit of cardio somehow, I think it could help a lot. It's understandable that it's a struggle now but even just walking fast and breathing. LOTS of hydration is crucial! Drink water until your pee is barely yellow at all. And greens. Do you like smoothies? There are cool green powders that have helped me a lot, like "Capra Greens". You feel an infusion of nutrition shorty after drinking it! Nutrition will help your healing for sure. Also, some of our mood juice is actually created within our gut, so getting some of those GT's kombucha drinks could help as well as taking something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Jarro-Dophilus-Supports-Intestinal/dp/B0013OUKTS/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1527368806&sr=1-1&keywords=jarrowdophilus

Do you have access to any sort of therapy? If you aren't down with the whole NA/AA thing that is OK but starting to talk to a professional of some kind when you are up to it can really help a great deal. I had to learn a lot of my coping from others. Look to others for help now when you can push yourself, please!!

Wising you the best!

These are the enzymes I take as they seem to upset my stomach the least. The probiotics are really strong, 100 billion count. I don't think you can buy them online, I got them from my Naturopathic Doctor. But I would recommend these for starters. They are enteric coated meaning the capsule will not dissolve until it reaches the small intestine - which is what you want otherwise your stomach acid will kill all the friendlies. As for the other supplements, the quality does not vary as much so it's not such huge deal. But I have found food based vitamins to be easier on most people's stomachs (for these I take New Chapter). Vitamin D supplement does not really matter as long as it's D3. This is what I take for Omega-3. I would definitely recommend getting an animal based Omega-3 supplement over a plant based one. I forget the exact explanation but essentially your body has to convert ALA to DHA - and it apparently doesn't do this at a very efficient rate. I'm sure a google search will explain it a lot better than I can.

I took clindamyacin when I had an infection under my skin/in my skin because another antibiotic didn't do anything to it.

First day taking it, I was fine. Second day it was as if satan had ignited a fire in my bowels and hell's magma shot out.

Had diarrhea about 8 times per day for the entirety of the antibiotic regiment. I think it was for either a week or two weeks. Picked up some low quality probiotics from the pharmacy. Didn't do jack. Took double the dose twice per day.

Even after I finished the clindamycin, I had the runs for three months straight. I'd wake up and run to the restroom to shit. After breakfast, shit. Get to work, shit. Before leaving work, shit. Getting home, shit. Etc etc.

Picked up this: http://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Jarro-dophilus-EPS-Capsules/dp/B0013OUKTS . Pretty high quality shit so I stacked that with my shitty probiotics .

After two weeks of that, contemplated on getting checking for Colotitis because I just kept shitting. Took home the test kit and was going to do it the next morning. I went to the bathroom after I woke up as I typically do because I was conditioned by now.

I had my first solid shit in three+ months.

I teared from the enjoyment and was in full euphoric phase of not having to have someone else's shit transplanted into my anus to fix this problem.

Fuck clindamyacin.

I was on an antibiotic called Doxycycline for moderate acne for about 3 years. During that time I started getting pretty major depression, anxiety, and gastro problems and had no idea that it could be related. I wasn't really explained the side effects by my doctor and had 0 clue how important your microbiome is to your physical and mental health. Having good gut flora is extremely essential to your mood, weight and general well being. I have been taking just basic Jarrow probiotics from Amazon for the last few months and it has done wonders for my mood and stomach. All I can say is seriously just do it. You've got nothing to lose and it will balance out your good to bad flora ratio which will help all sorts of things.

This is what I use and it's ben great. Maybe there's better out there somewhere? I'd like to know.

Jarrow EPS fixed my lactose intolerance, one pill in the morning.
