Get a cheap-ass room divider.

Drape quilts, comforters, blankets, etc. over the top of it.

If you can, create a tent by tacking a blanket to the wall and draping it over the divider like a roof.

Find a cheap throw rug (or two) and cover your floor. You also might want to put a second one on the wall behind your microphone.

Depending on how much you want to tweak it, this setup can be as classy or as janky as you want. I personally never gave a shit about what it looked like, so long as it SOUNDED good.
