Also, it's possible that in the long run you are just not suited to polyamory. I'd recommend giving it 6-12 months and working on it, but if you're still miserable in a year then I think you should cut your losses and find someone mono. I think the other posters are right that you're half way there. I think working on your own reactions, and figuring out what you need from her to feel more secure are things you should focus on.
