I got this frame from amazon. I framed it myself. It was a tight squeeze for a 56, but it’s doable with enough pins and patience. Hardest part was to get all the wrinkles out. Not sure how bad or good it looks but this was the outcome. Probably needs some work.

and ideally in a UV Protected frame (example).

It's the UV light that tends to damage/fade coloring in clothes and other fabrics.
The ink of the autographs is no different - UV Light (which is ~high energy) will start to break down the pigment molecules if left exposed to it. Blocking this light will greatly slow down the rate at which it'd break down otherwise.
Obviously once any pigment molecules have broken down, it's irreversible. The ink of the autograph is obviously just pigment molecules as well. Ideally you'd like to preserve the autograph...
