This reminds me of something that would be in Johnny The Homicidal Maniac haha. Which is an awesome comic if you've never read it, by Jhonen Vasquez

Johnny Bravo? Wasn't that a cartoon?

No, I'm talking about this by Jhonen Vasquez.

I don't know much in the way of this topic, but I can't go without mentioning the awesomeness of Johnny the Homicidal Maniac.

Johnny the Homicidal Maniac by Jhonen Vasquez. I love Johnny and how well written it is. I can relate to the feelings he goes through of wanting to die and being completely disgusted by other humans. I love the comic Johnny does himself called "Happy Noodle Boy". It's hilarious. I love Jhonen's art and think everything he does is amazing (Invader Zim for example).

I just started the keto diet yesterday!

ok so this is just a shot in the dark but when ever I see people talk about Graphic Novels THIS always comes to mind! I love Jhonen Vasquez's work (come on Invader ZIM?) well Johnny The Homicidal Maniac is much darker than zim but super good! and there are 2 spinoffs that I know about [I feel sick] (http://www.amazon.com/Feel-Sick-Book-About-Girl/dp/B001VD1FZY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1396454824&sr=8-2&keywords=I+feel+sick) there is only 2 comics for that one and there is Squee's Wonderful Big Giant Book of Unspeakable Horrors and that in a way is a sequel to JTHM.

Thank you! It's Sickness from I Feel Sick and the vines are from JTHM.

My grandfather took me to see every single new Star Wars movie because when I was a kid (4 or 5) he introduced me to them ^ _ ^ No matter my feelings on the prequels, I'll always enjoy looking back at those times.

Also: All my JTHM comics have mysteriously disappeared into the ether, so this is my request, The Director's Cut

Wow I have a ton of awesome recommendations, but first and foremost is the Sandman saga by Neil Gaiman or really anything distributed under Vertigo, they publish all DC comic's darker novels...

Also Watchmen, a classic by Alan Moore...

Johnny The Homicidal Maniac (JTHM) by Johnen Vasquez

Blankets by Craig Thompson...

Scott Pilgrim series...

Fahrenheit 451 graphic novel adaptation...
