Here's the link. Only black seems to be $123.05.

Link goes to Amazon Deals subreddit, and deal is no longer obvious.

I am looking for black cap-toe oxfords, and would like to stay under $125 if possible. I’m thinking of the Johnston & Murphy Melton, but are there any other shoes I should be aware of?

I'm a huge fan of J&M. I think they are probably the best quality you can get at the sub-$200 range, unless you can find a great deal on some Allen Edmonds factory 2nds. I have the Melton Oxfords which I managed to nab at $110 + shipping when Amazon had them on sale. They are a beautiful shoe, and with the closed lacing and cap toe they are an ideal shoe for formal wear and with suits and dress pants in general.

While I do love brown wingtips, I find wingtips/brogues are a more casual shoe in general than a black oxford with closed lacing and a cap toe. For a wedding I'd definitely recommend the Melton over any wingtips.
