No idea about part 2 but it has a release date of Fall 2015.

The volumes were released in english in order, I think they're up to part 3 now. They look like this . You can also pick them up from most comic book stores. I got part 1 and 2 that way.

Does Jump count? If so, I've been reading "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part V: Vento Aureo", and I just bought the first English volume of Jojonium. If not, I just bought Memoirs of a Geisha and a Tale of Two Cities the other day but haven't started reading either yet...

The color edition of Part 1 is actually getting an English release in early February if you are interested in it.
