Same here. Here are a few albums that are near impossible to not enjoy:

The Indestructible Beat of Soweto (South African pop music from before Apartheid ended)
Shaka Zulu by Ladysmith Black Mambazo (more traditional - no instruments except their harmonized voices)
Tibet, Tibet by Yungchen Lhamo (the most gripping vocals you've never heard)
Brazil Classics 4: The Best of Tom Zé (experimental psychedelic Brazilian pop)
