On Amazon 2 days ago , I got Civ 4 and 5 both goty and stronghold all for 15 usd. Keep an eye out its likely to go on sale again, civ 5 even activated on steam.

edit This is the specific pack I bought, $14.99 USD. Keep an eye out as I wouldn't be surprised to see it again before the sale is over.

Don't buy it. The Civ 5 GOTY Edition is 25$ yet 2K Strategy Pack includes Civilization 5 Goty, Civilization 4 Complete and Stronghold Collection for 20$

There's also the 2k strategy pack at $20. It includes Civ V GOTY (where as Civ V in the bundle is not GOTY), Civ IV and the stronghold collection. There are two versions, one where civ 4 and stronghold are drm free, the other where they are on steam (I believe that Civ V can be downloaded either way on both packs).

I played Civ IV + Warlords a long time ago and recently got Civ V GOTY. To be honest, I think I like Civ V better even though there's so much hate for it, and, regardless, it's definitely the easier of the two to get into.

There is a Civ IV Complete + Civ V GOTY + Stronghold collection on Amazon that's only $20 USD, if you're in the US i would go that route. They're all steam redeemable. I doubt you're gonna get a much better deal in the Steam summer sale than this.

Some additional info:

Looks like it's the Complete edition of Civ IV, but just the plan vanilla edition of Civ V. There's also a 2K Strategy Pack for $20, which includes Civ IV Complete, Civ V GOTY, and Stronghold.
Each of the games is individually on sale (Civ IV for $15 | Civ V for $15 | Civ V GOTY for $25), but it's actually cheaper to buy one of the packs than it would be to buy any game individually.
This is only for the non-Steam version of the games, but word around the campfire is that the Steam version of both of these packs will happen sometime next week.
This is as cheap as they're planning to make the games on Amazon. The only exception is if a competitor comes out with a deeper discount and they match.
No official word on how long the deals will last, as far as I know.
Not sure about availability of these deals for countries other than the US.
