After 2 years of paleo and craving cold cereal, I finally broke down and bought some paleo coconut flakes from amazon. They are good and they fixed my cold cereal craving. They are expensive for how much you get though.

I just did a more-keto, less-paleo version of this this past weekend. From Thursday-Sunday I was in a tent and since I was newly aboard the paleo/keto train I needed to remain super diligent or lose all progress. I ate the following:

  • Jerky
  • Dried/salted nuts
  • Avocados (with a spoon, primarily for breakfast)
  • Dried/salted, sunflower seeds (with shell removed)
  • Paleo cereal
  • Quest bars
  • Dried kale 'chips'
