Yes! You want to shoot 60fps at 1/120 shutter. If you try to shoot outside at these settings, your shot will be over exposed! So get yourself one of these K&F Concept 46mm Slim HD Multi-Coated Variable Polarizing ND Neutral Density Adjustable ND2 ND4 ND8 to ND400 Lens Filter + Lens Cleaning Cloth for DSLR Cameras https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JL4IG34/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_M-e5Bb8TF7X62
It’s a variable ND filter and lets you keep those settings without the shot being overexposed when taking videos.
If you just want to test out an ND filter, get this bad boy: https://www.amazon.com/Concept-Multi-Coated-Variable-Polarizing-Adjustable/dp/B00JL4IG34/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1479700930&sr=8-1&keywords=variable+nd+filter+46mm
You can get used to it, and let it convince you that you need a better one. it's SUPER cheap (18 bucks) and it's actually pretty decent quality. the only bad thing is when you make it SUPER dark, there's some pretty heavy vignette distortion that happens to the image. I worked around it pretty well, but it was pretty annoying. Annoying enough to buy another one that was more expensive.
honestly though, the 18 dollar one will do wonders to your footage. then, you can buy something like this:
