I take KAL magnesium glycinate every evening before I go to bed. It works really well to help with my quality of sleep and RLS, but doesn't impact my digestive system in any way.
potassium and magnesium
This is the magnesium supplement that I take.
Morton's Lite Salt has potassium in it. You can add a bit to your water and it's not too bad. Sprinkled over an avocado is yummy too. I add it to all of my cooking.
Seconding lite salt. It's about half sodium, and half a blend (primarily potassium, but also some low magnesium counts). I make "ketoade" with 1/4 tsp lite salt and a squirt of Mio Electrolyte and drink 4ish 16oz glasses a day. You could just add the salt to Powerade or anything else you're drinking and see the same effects. Here is a picture of my MFP where I created a tab to track electrolytes. You can see how much sodium and potassium I have consumed after drinking 4 servings of each of those yesterday. I also supplement with 400mg magnesium glycinate before bed every day. It makes you sleepy. I like this brand because the others seem to cause me tummy trouble.
I have found that taking a multi-vitamin greatly helped me on my keto journey. I take Super Nutrition for my daily ( for you: http://www.amazon.com/The-Womens-Blend-180-Tablet/dp/B00028PHN0). I eased into it, taking one in the morning, and one in the afternoon (not in the evening, the vitamins kept me too active and I couldn't go to bed. CLEAN ALL THE THINGS! lol). Other than Nutrilite, Super Nutrition has been the best vitamin for me. I have used several. Also, I see it has the biotin /u/sosotris recommended.

I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this, but try supplementing magnesium! I can really feel it in my quads when I haven't been keeping up with mine. Ideally, I take two of these every night.
I use magnesium capsules because I also don’t like drinking mixes and the texture of the Natural Calm is off-putting to me. I use these pills and they work fine, though they are a bit large.

About 4-5 weeks into Keto I had horrible diarrhea problems. Several times a day for well over a week.
If you aren't taking a magnesium supplement then we know it's not from that. If you do start taking magnesium, I suggest trying magnesium oil (it's topical and skips the digestive system) or magnesium glycinate, which is very easy on the digestive system (this coming from someone that can't tolerate Natural Calm).
You might be taking too much fiber at this point. Fiber isn't what fixed my issue. I do believe it was time that was the biggest help. I think my digestive system was finally getting used to the fact that there wasn't going to be bread/flour/carby stuff anymore and things started switching over to different gut bacteria. All I take is a probiotic and then an occasional Super Enzyme Capsule before eating a meal with a lot of raw veggies.
I completely feel for you. I remember feeling absolutely hopeless like I was going to have diarrhea the rest of my life and I had thoughts of quitting Keto. I am so thankful I stuck with it. It will pass! I would caution all the fiber supplements though. Too much will also cause you problems.

These 2 or 3 supplements right before going to sleep lets me sleep the whole night.
If I had to choose just one, I'd start with the Taurine, then Magnesium (Mg).
I've noticed the MG gives me vivid dreams. The Taurine & Theanine links are to bulk powders as they offer the cheapest long-term solution. You can purchase pills but they would run $10-30/month per supplement, vs the powders costing a couple of cents per day.

Different forms of magnesium cause more or less diarrhea (Magnesium Oxide is famous for it). Try Magnesium Glycinate -- I take 2 capsules before going to bed and haven't had any problems with it. It's better to take it at night as it makes some people sleepy. (If you tend towards insomnia, this is an awesome side-effect!)
Also, if you're supplementing calcium (as many women do) you want between a 1:2 and a 1:1 calcium:magnesium balance (including dietary calcium). Also, since magnesium is best taken at night (due to sleepiness) you should consider taking your calcium in the morning, as I've read that calcium blocks magnesium from being absorbed.

If you still run into circulation, vasoconstriction, blood flow, or brain fog issues... then look into Perfusia Plus.
If you run into fatigue, lethargy, purple nail beds, pale skin, dark black bags under your eyes, weak nails, easy bruising or bleeding... then look into Ferrasorb or just straight up go for a full on Prenatal Multivitamin which has a lot of iron too.
For inflammation, brain fog that isn't made better by B-Vitamins nor Iron, autoimmune issues in general, and generalized weakness across the body... then you can also consider Creatine or Fish Oil
I really like taking magnesium glycinate because it's one of the most bioavailable forms of magnesium and has the added bonus of quelling some of my baseline anxiety. I usually take it before bed, so no feelings of fuzziness here.

As for the diarrhea issue, keep your dose low to start and start gradually increasing until you find that you do suffer the symptom, then take a dose every day that is before that point.
I have no issues with diarrhea @ 800mg a day, but above that, absolutely.
I was on oxide for quite a while, but I recently switched to this after reading about it on /r/nootropics.
For a liter of water, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp lite salt, a few squirts of Mio flavoring. At least 1-1.5 liters throughout the day.
I take these Magnesium Glycinate pills with an evening meal, rather than mixing a Magnesium supplement into the ketoade. I find I get sleepy otherwise.

I always preach Calm Magnesium Powder (take about a teaspoon, teaspoon and a half) and Magnesium Glycinate (I take 2 of these with the other). Helps you stay really regular and if you take them right before bed, they help you sleep as well.
