Sorry for the late reply, it takes its time alerting me about new posts in this thread for some reason. All I used was a hose splitter like this https://www.amazon.com/Kasian-House-Connector-Splitter-KHGS2017001/dp/B01MU8XYEO connected to a garden hose, and I attached the tubes to it with the nozzles that come with water balloons. You'd probably have better luck finding a way to attach it to your shower or sink or something; I was just looking for an easy cheap way to test it out.

I agree about the zipper thing (I sometimes just slide it over my shoulders instead of trying to zip it on), but I'm worried it might not get as big if you get thicker latex. It's worth a try if someone wants to test it, though.
