I have a 13HD on a home-made VESA adapter connected to an Ergotron Arm and really like the setup.

If you are talking a tabletop stand, and are okay with just landscape orientation you can use:

$25 Kensington SmartFit Easy Riser Laptop Cooling Stand. It's cheap and lightweight but it works. I've used it. It has a little more flex than I'd like but not bad.
$50 Wacom's own stand for the Cintiq 13HD. Haven't used it.
$70 Elevation Lab DraftTable Kit For iPad Pro. I used this with both an iPad Pro and the 13HD for a bit. It's a little small for the 13HD but is very heavy, stable and steady.

I use this one. It’s got more than one angle, it won’t slip on your desk, and it’s pretty sturdy. I’ve had no issues with it so far. Doesn’t raise the tablet though. Maybe pair it with a monitor stand riser?

Another option is to mount it to an arm. You can attach a laptop tray to an arm and put the Cintiq on that.

Yeah, it's no compatible, as fas as I know the MSP has a crack where the stand inserts itself but CP doesn't have it, it does have a little canal but I don't see how it would enter being it too shallow.
