I'm guessing it is just an Amazon mistake as it only affects Oasis, and you can order it from Amazon.com to many random countries just fine.

One option I guess you might not have tried yet:

Open the international version of Kindle Oasis at Amazon.com:
Select a country such as "Venezuela" so it allows you to add it to cart. If you select "Slovenia" it just tries to redirect you to Amazon.co.uk which does not ship Oasis to Slovenia.
Go to checkout as usual with your Slovenian address.

The above allows me to buy Oasis from Amazon.com to Finland (thiough Amazon.de ships it to Finland as well, so I don't need to actually use that method).

There's an 'international version' of the Oasis (32GB WiFi model only) that Amazon will ship to you directly. I'm in NZ, that's how I got mine - should be cheaper and faster than YouShop
