that's where you can get it, and you can pay to have it shipped overnight to your hotel

i did some search for you and determined quite quickly coupled with my knowledge that everything amazon brand is delivered from amazon knowing there is no amazon retail store location i went ahead and let you know the capital of the planet that you already know where to get it and you already know how, you just had to let someone let you know you already knew

I'm guessing it is just an Amazon mistake as it only affects Oasis, and you can order it from Amazon.com to many random countries just fine.

One option I guess you might not have tried yet:

  1. Open the international version of Kindle Oasis at Amazon.com:
  2. Select a country such as "Venezuela" so it allows you to add it to cart. If you select "Slovenia" it just tries to redirect you to Amazon.co.uk which does not ship Oasis to Slovenia.
  3. Go to checkout as usual with your Slovenian address.

    The above allows me to buy Oasis from Amazon.com to Finland (thiough Amazon.de ships it to Finland as well, so I don't need to actually use that method).
