Edit: The 2400Mhz is at 1.65 volts while the 2133Mhz is at 1.6 volts. I'm not sure but I won't be surprised if they are actually the same RAM stick just 2400Mhz is overclocked. Correct me if I'm wrong, I don't know much about RAM overclocking.
Exactly the same ram just the 1600mHz compared to 2400 mHz. Here are the links of the two: 2400 and 1600
With competing RAMs like Kingston 2400MHz well under £50 for 8GB, this is hardly a smart buy.
