Hyper X Cloud Brand. Im currently using a Hyper X Cloud Stinger and its fantastic. Great audio, great mic and great build quality. And its fairly cheap. You can even push your mic up so its not annyoing you when you are not using it. Hyper X Cloud 1 and Hyper X Cloud 2(newer and better generation) are also great headsets.

Hyper X Cloud Stinger Mic has a click mechanic, cheapest of the bunch

Hyper X Cloud 2 detachble mic, better audio

Hyper X Cloud Revolver Pro detachble mic best audio of the bunch currently on sale for 80 bucks

Regarding the comfort of the DT 770 I'll tell you that. The silver earpads did last me for less than a year, so much shorter than earpads in any other headphones I owned so far. A new set of earpads is £18 - £20 on Amazon. And I still think it is a great deal. They are so soft that they flatten over time much quicker but also they cushion your ears really well and even they wrap themselves precisely over the glasses creating kinda tunnels. For me they feel pretty much weightless when I'm wearing them. https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipOijylpB4AIcmaGr_Yjj1RYzuHraULVERhjIF4dozR-_ges_5tuk51lE-XKG8-cgQ?key=R1lCSkhHQmhCVmF6M09LSC0wSlNQdjFmQUktSHpR

Gamerzzzz Headsetzzz 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 – that's all I have to say about most of these. One of the few exceptions would be: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01LRX2DSA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They offer decent sound, decent microphone and they are £40.

No problems with the Antlion magnet. I was worrying that it would be interfering somehow with the magnets in the headphones but it looks like it's not the case.

HDD + SSD combo is definitely possible with that budget. Good gaming cpu, good gpu that is even a bit overkill for that resolution - but that means it will be valid for a longer time. I hope the case is the right way of fancy, there are alternatives of course. Good psu, good monitor, enough ram.

This build leaves enough of your budget to chose the keyboard and headset you/he wants. I'd consider https://www.amazon.de/CHERRY-KC1000-corded-Keyboard-ultraflat/dp/B00F35N0VI as keyboard, nothing fancy is needed there, and https://www.amazon.de/HyperX-Stinger-gaming-headset-schwarz/dp/B01LRX2DSA/ as a headset. If you want to save there without losing sound quality: https://www.amazon.de/Mikrofon-Smartphone-Omnidirectional-Kondensator-Mikrofon-Lavalier/dp/B01F84YMZQ + https://www.thomann.de/de/superlux_hd681.htm is a great alternative to a headset.

I second this- you may find some cheaper ones during black friday/cyber monday, but on a normal basis the Cloud Stingers will be very solid.

Here it is for €55 on amazon.

Thanks, I do live in the UK. However, I hate to be like this - but my budget is £40. Sorry.

I'm looking at HyperX Cloud Stingers - they're in my price range, should I get them? They're the same price as the Cloud II, however they're currently on discount.

Thanks again.

Great responses thanks. I really want a headset as I really want the convenience of having my input/output all-in-one.

I think I've narrowed it down to two contenders really.

Thanks for this mate. I'll give it a look in!

Personally, I almost never listen to music on headphones - much prefer a decent set of speakers for that (that being said, I certainly need to upgrade my speakers, they are insanely old now).

EDIT: What specific headset do you use? I have Googled 'HyperX Cloud Stinger' and found a range of prices. Is it this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01LRX2DSA/
