My bad, I thought that you had already determined that those sensors were related to the CPU.

Since you aren't experiencing any problems other than speed fan showing those adverse temps it is possible that there is no sensor hooked up to what the software is monitoring. This seems to be a common problem with speed fan and some motherboards.

If I were you I would run a benchmark and then go through and touch each of the heat syncs with your finger to see if they are actually that hot. (you might get burned if one is actually 70*C so be careful). Check out the PSU exhaust and CPU exhaust while your at it. If nothing feels out of the ordinary and your system remains stable then I wouldn't worry about it.

If you are really paranoid about it you could go get an infrared thermometer and measure the temps at each heat sync. I think you have nothing to worry about.
