These needles are brilliant. Useful a lot of the time because they are so easy to thread.
There are cheaper versions!
Weaving in ends is super easy, just get yourself a sewing needle with a large eye and then you can just sew your ends into your project.
I've found some needles on amazon with flexible eyes and they're great for weaving/sewing with yarn:
