Yes- there are a bunch of brands of noodles out there too. If you have a real “Top Roman” lover trying to go Keto, the angel hair pasta Konjac is a possible substitute for the Ramen noodles.
I am always a bit skeptical of something that comes a remote place far away.., blah blah... but Konjac is a mainstream food in Japan. It is cheap relative to other “strange” foods but expensive compared to its wheat and egg counterpart.
Anyway- most grocers have it in the produce section, not with the regular dry pasta- or they might have it in the organic section. It is almost never with the regular noodles.
