So, I grew up using these and having them used on me (Korean spas have ladies who will scrub all the dead skin off for you for a fee).

Rather than a shower, soaking in the tub for for about 15-20 minutes is much better than standing in the shower (grab a book or something). I tend to drain most of the water after my soak and use a bucket to rinse as I go (scrub, rinse off, scrub, rinse). If you need to do your back, the best is to have someone do it for you! • Create foam (rub it on a loofah, rub it between your hands, up to you!) and rub all over body
  
  
• Let foam sit for another 5-10 minutes
  
  
• Rinse soap off (get rid of all the foam!!)
  
  
• Use your Italy towel to scrub
  
  Using the soap beforehand is supposed to make it easier for you to get all your dead skin stuff off :) Scrub gently!
