:( I hear ya, I had the same situation. I ended up buying it on Amazon here. It's slightly more expensive than Roseroseshop (if you include the $2.46 shipping since Amazon's is free), and fulfilled by Amazon so I think it'd likely be legit.

Edit: And uh, feel free to comparison shop this too. >.< I just chose Amazon because I wanted to meet the $35 for free shipping!

I had horrible hormonal acne and this is what helped mine:

regulate your diet (cut out junk food, dark sodas, and artificial sweetener)

drink at least 1-2 liters of water per day

make sure your pillowcase is being cleaned regularly

Also, try different products. Cerave works for some, but for others it causes breakouts due to the fatty alcohols. All Cerave products gave me contact dermatitis. I broke out like crazy after only 2 days of using the facewash. Neutrogena products also made me break out and dried my face to hell. What I would recommend is this. You can find it at some supplement stores or online. Its a tad pricey at $13-$15, but a little goes a long way and it's AMAZING. All organic and made for oily/combo acne prone skin.

Try using a bha/aha toner. Paula's choice and Mizon (Korean brand) have amazing products. Paula's choice is a tad pricey where as Mizon is pretty cheap with amazing results. I LOVE Mizon. But since these products can be drying, make sure you use a moisturizer. This is a tough one. It looks like you have oily skin (like mine), which means a cream moisturizer can be a tad too much. Try a gel moisturizer such a [this](http://www.amazon.com/ss/customer-reviews/B00GYB140E/ref=?_encoding=UTF8&
Version=1&entries*=0) or this. I found that with my oily acne prone skin that cream is a challenge. I do, however, use Mizon's starfish cream on nights where my skin needs hydration. Starfish cream has healing properties, so it should not aggravate your skin further.

If you find that you want to add that one last step, try a serum before your moisturizer and right after your toner that is made for acne prone skin. I use the Mychelle Clear Skin.

Remember that when trying new products, to always test patch. Everyone's skin is different and may react in different ways. Just for a little extra measure I will list my current routine below, which is what got rid of my hormonal acne and balanced out my super oily skin:

AM

  1. Wash face with Acure Organic Cleanser and a konjac sponge

  2. Use a junmai (fermented rice) toner

  3. apply Mizon Snail Recovery Gel

  4. Apply Mizon Snail Eye Cream

  5. Apply hyraulonic acid gel moisturizer

    PM

  6. Wash face with Hado Labo Gokujyun Foaming Cleanser

  7. Use a rosewater toner then the Hado Labo Gokujyun toner

  8. Apply Mizon AHA 8% Peeling Serum

  9. Apply Mychelle Clear Skin Serum

  10. Apply Mizon Snail Recovery Gel

  11. Apply Mizon Eye Cream

  12. Apply Hyraulonic Acid Moisturizer

  13. 2-3 time per week, I apply Starfish cream

Lastly, pH matters. If you use a facewash or products that are more alkaline, then that is going to diturb your skin's natural acid mantle which will cause a perfect breeding ground for bacteria (acne). If the skin is too acidic, then it will cause peeling or burning. Skin is a pH of 4.5 to 5.5. Research products and make sure you are either using a pH regulating facewash or toner. Some toners are designed to regulate the pH after using a more basic cleanser.

Finally, if none of these steps help, then I would advise to go see a dermatologist. As I said, everyone's skin is different and the derm may need to prescribe a medicine for you to help with acne.

There's the Mizon Returning Starfish Cream. It seems to fluctuate in price and whether or not it's Prime available by the day, but I ordered from this seller before and it is a legitimate product.

The Mizon Returning Starfish is $39.99 at Amazon right now, but I'm hesitant to buy without a sample, so if you don't sell it, I would be happy to buy a small decant (enough for a few days of patch testing). :)
