As boring as they get, honestly, sandwiches are probably the easiest thing.

Get some grilled/broiled chicken breast, chop it up and mix it with 2 boiled eggs and a bit of mayonnaise. I use the kind made with olive oil, with has half the calories as the normal mayo. Not sure if that's available where you're at. Spread that between bread and it's a pretty filling meal. Lot's of quality protein. I've also used canned tuna in lieu of chicken. Not quite as tasty, but every bit as nutritious and filling. It also keeps in the refrigerator or a chilled thermal bag fairly well.

That's actually really worrying tbh. Grabbing the nutritional info from https://www.amazon.com/Kraft-Reduced-Mayonnaise-12-Ounce-Squeeze/dp/B003VMY3AC

if we assume you left 4 servings of stuff on the sides you ate 100% of the daily fat intake a grown man should have (on a 2k calorie diet), 80% of your salt intake, etc. you ingested about 600 calories (enough to be a meal in itself). to stress this point i can grab a small bottle of soda for like 160 calories, a tuna melt on a bagel for like 400 calories, and a bag of 100 calorie chips and that's basically the calorie intake of the goop you ate. this isn't even a meal trying to be healthy, we can kick out the soda the chips and settle for tuna salad.

tl;dr: i suggest not doing this again. but at least you used "okay" mayo. if you didn't go reduced fat it would've been a lot worse (mayo can be as high as 100 calories pet tablespoon)
