The Kuhn Rikon one is the best one i have used. I have been using the same one opening 2 cans of dog food a day for 3 years.
I'll throw in this one too, don't have it yet but I've seen it recommended here. I like the style that detaches the lid rather than cutting into it from the top.

Neat... but can opener technology has advanced! Now you can slice from the side of the can, there's no sharp edges, and the lid can sit back on top.

I just bought this one and really like it. It goes on top of the can so it doesn't discriminate against handedness. Its also great because it leaves a smooth edge.
