I would save money on the UD Setting Spray. I've tried it and it's just meh, IMO. I have combo/oily skin and L'Oreal's Infallible Setting Spray has been amazing for me: http://www.amazon.com/LOreal-Paris-Cosmetics-Infallible-Pro-Spray/dp/B00OAINK14 (FYI, CVS is doing buy one, get 50% off on L'Oreal right now).
I'm biased, but I personally think Urban Decay palettes are better than Too Faced (I've owned multiples of each). If you like a natural look, both of the Naked Basics are really nice and not as expensive as the full Naked palettes.
