I'm looking for some help. I don't really even know how to classify my skin issues, which I think is part of the reason nothing has helped very much.

As you can see I have a lot of redness, acne scars, and possibly wrinkles? I can't tell if they are wrinkles or pores or something else. Also, I took a second picture zoomed in on my upper lip to show my biggest problem area. Are these pores? They seem very massive to be pores, and I didn't have them before my skin endured a fair amount of sun damage.
Basically I'm wanting to reduce oilyness, redness, and have a smooth upper lip like I used to. Any advice would be VERY appreciated!
Right now I use: cleanser: https://www.amazon.com/Roche-Posay-Effaclar-Purifying-Foaming-Cleanser/dp/B002P3L99G recommended by my derm, hasn't seemed to have helped
moisturizer AM & pm: http://www.garnierusa.com/products/skincare/clearly-brighter/daily-spf-moisturizers/clearly-brighter-anti-sun-damage-daily-spf30.aspx this has definitely gave my face a brighter appearance and has reduced sun damage a bit but not a lot
This is all I use right now. I am open to replacements for either of these or new products on top of these. Decided to use some of my tax refund to hopefully feel better about my skin!
Thank you!!!!
Located in California. Oily skin, acne issues. I posted my routine on this sub earlier and received a few comments that my routine seems fine, but I'm still getting pesky whiteheads and some cystic acne (I think). Definitely scarring up my chin too. I've been lurking SCA for the past couple months but I still have a lot to learn. I've heard many good things about Paula's Choice, and they're having a sale in the US online for 20% off. Does anyone have any recommendations? Or even for other products? I'm feeling a bit lost on what to do. Edit: I eat well, exercise, and drink a lot of water.

Morning:
Wash face with warm water
Wash with La Roche-Posay Effaclar Facial Cleanser for Oily Skin Purifying Foaming Gel Face Wash
Apply Stri-Dex Medicated Pads, Sensitive
Sometimes I apply Cetaphil Dermacontrol Moisturizer SPF 30 but sometimes I forget (I know I know)
Evening:
Same routine, except once my face is dry and right before bed, I will apply Claire-ity Skincare 25% Vitamin C Serum with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin E to the areas on my face with acne scars. Mostly on my cheeks, a few on my forehead, and some on my chin.
Occasionally (weekly) before the evening routine, I'll use either of these masks. I like them both:
Pure Body Naturals Dead Sea Mud Mask
LUSH Mask of Magnaminty
Thinking of buying this cleanser
