I store mine in breast milk storage bags. They are sterile, very cheap and easy to use. No need to sanitize anything and you can throw them away after use.

I've used them to bring extra water back to camp for cooking with and stuff, typically I just toss them after but they are very strudy and can be reused with no problem.

Hey! I'm not in the classroom anymore but I can tell you my experience with pumping in general. At my office we have a designated room to use that requires sign up and a key. Each pumping session is about 15-20 minutes.

I pump at 7AM and get about 8-10 oz (home)

I pump at noon and get about 4-6 oz. (office)

I pump at 4pm and get about 4-6 oz. (office)

I pump at 10pm and get about 4-6 oz (home)

I use a Philips Avent pump and bought these storage cups that come with adapters to pump into. I then pour the milk into Lansinoh storage bags and put those in my pump bag until I get home. Then I put them in the freezer. I leave the milk pumped in the morning out in bottles for stay-at-home-dad (who also has to use a couple bottles made with thawed milk from freezer) and use the milk I pump at night in 3oz bottles for when the 4 month old wakes up at 1am and 3am to eat because god forbid he sleep through the night, he would surely starve.

Another thing I want to add with pumping and freezing is that my bags always rip when thawed so I put a couple bags in a sealed tupperware container in the fridge to thaw slowly so that if they leak/rip, the milk is still salvageable.
