For clean up (wearing disposable vinyl gloves)..
For drying I just place my sleeves upright in an over the counter basket and then I place the basket on top of an ordinary box fan (with an adjustable base) that I face upwards towards the ceiling. Fan air blows upwards/vertically which dries the sleeves.
Other people use smaller fans. But I have a pretty large FL setup and since I masturbate almost daily a bunch of shit usually needs to dry. The box fan is a life safer.
To warm up sleeves before sessions I just put a hot water in an 18" oval roaster. And I leave the sleeves covered for ~10 to 15 minutes. The roaster is cheaper than the sleeve warmer, it gets the sleeves much warmer, and the roaster allows you to heat up several sleeves at time (instead of just one at a time).
I'm really not into hands free yet. I just hold the sleeve with my left hand when I use the sleeve in missionary position on my bed (with large pillows). Here are some past threads on that..

Don't buy the small Honeywell fans- I had them for 2 years and they're frankly not enough. Buy one of these puppies instead- you can also retrofit them with copper pipes, pump cold water, and get a dorm legal ac out of it.
