also found 2018 model but they are pretty much the same, up to you bud
if battery life is a concern, you get what you pay for and in this case you're probably going to get 2-4 hrs 5-6 if you are doing insanely light work.
Also thank you to the anonymous person who have me gold!
I just got this laptop (or at least one very similar) a couple weeks ago for my birthday and it runs Arena great - https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Display-A12-9720P-Bluetooth-Earphone/dp/B0748YG81P
Lenovo A12 has only 1366 x 768 resolution, I do not recommend it at all, and you can check CPU benchmarks 8th gen i3 is better, so I would go with Acer Aspire E 15, it's really good laptop under $400.
What about the Lenovo? it looks like it would be better.
No, unforch. There's a system requirements portion on the box (or site) before you purchase, most importantly you'll need a minimum of 4gb of FREE ram, meaning you'll probably need 8gb+ total. Also a 5i (or equivalent) processor is about the minimum you would want. And a good hard drive.
So no a $150 laptop won't cut the cheese here, I would recommend (as cheap TEMPORARY options):

Or

That's very dependent on generation numbers after the i3 or i5. Same with AMD kinda, that being a 9th gen from AMD. Which in my opinion would be fine. Where as like an Intel i5 3xxx series might be much slower. Just depends.
Something like this is good: https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Display-A12-9720P-Bluetooth-Earphone/dp/B0748YG81P/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=lenovo+amd+a12&qid=1557204502&s=gateway&sr=8-3
However it doesnt have an SSD, but that cpu would be decent at the price point espcially for things like photoshop / premiere on a budget. But honestly swapping in an SSD isnt too hard with a youtube tutorial. Even so, the HDD will be slower but still ok.
I got this instead
Lenovo Ideapad 15.6" HD High Performance Laptop (2017 ), AMD A12-9720P Quad core processor 2.7GHz, 8GB DDR4, 1TB HDD, DVD, Webcam, WiFi,Bluetooth, Windows 10, Platinum gray https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0748YG81P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_yZj2CbQAAQMJN
It’s nice that it’s 16GB, but the processor speed is a drastic change compared to the one I bought, it has one processor, and it has 64GB harddrive size. The only plus is the resolution.
Take a look at this Dell, this Asus and this Lenovo.
ok...what do you think about this one compared to the Aspire?
