I would lean more towards the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 20FB 14-Inch UltraBook (WQHD 2560x1440 IPS, Intel Core i7-6600U, 512GB SSD, 16GB DDR4, Windows 7/10 Pro). The lenovo laptops are more reliable and last much longer.

You should do some research though to find out if thats the only model that supports it. I'd have thought upgrading it to 16Gb yourself would be the cheaper option if every model supported it.
