DEFINITELY use 0.22ug micron filters. It's like 100x less damaging to your organs than using a cotton "filter." 0.22ug micron filters are so fucking good that they filter out over 99% of BACTERIA. The bacteria literally can't fit through the filter...that's how high tech the filtration systems are.

Get smaller (high number) gauge needles, as they're less damaging. I suggest 29, 30, or 31 gauge. Whatever you do, NEVER buy/use a needle wider/thicker/lower in number than a 27 gauge syringe. ALWAYS IV, NEVER IM/"skin pop." IV is safer.
