This is a frame that sits over top of a wagon.
The frame is pvc with cardboard affixed by self tapping screws, masking tape, a couple coats of primer, paint, and weatherproof led strips.
It's powered by 8 AA batteries and has a remote to turn it on/off (also dimming and a few flash settings).
Can't wait to take it out tonight! =)
