Unfortunately, I guess they weren’t popular enough, so thy stopped making them after the 2017 iPads or so.
I’ve had the Logitech Create keyboard case for years and I love it. Keys are super comfortable to use, backlit, and there is a storage spot for the Apple Pencil or other stylus. It also protects really well (had an epic drop in concrete-case broke but iPad was fine). I couldn’t be happier with it.
