To anyone looking for a new mouse, I'd recommend the Logitech G600.
The thumb keys are really easy to distinguish and the shift button (on the right of the RMB) is really great when you get used to it, which doesn't take long.
Edit: just to clarify, I use the SHIFT button(on the mouse) as another key and not as a mode switch or anything like that. For example, it may be used as a melee in a shooter, or as a dodge key in TW3, or a knife switch in CSGO(which lets you reload the awp super fast).

Super easy. "Like putting together legos" comes up here quite a lot and it really is that simple. Find a guide or video online, follow the instructions each part comes with and you're good to go.

I use Logitech peripherals so I have it set with 4 presets I can change instantly to adapt to certain aspects of the game. I have 400, 800, 1000, and 2000. I start off playing with it set at 1000 and move the ingame slider to whatever feels best. I drop down to 400 for precise sniping.

Oh man, I'm a total nerd for this stuff.
The mouse I recommend above all else is the Logitech G600. For reference, I've tried a Razer Naga, the WarMouse Meta, and the Cyborg MMO 7. Here are the pros of the G600:

It may be in his best interest to switch to PC to be able to use something like a mouse with multiple thumb-keys so he can do one handed gaming without much of a learning curve. You'd want the button on screen to have the same layout as the buttons on your mouse. They are still 12 buttons, but if they were in a line on screen and stacked up on your mouse it doesn't sit right with your brain
One option that I would give a look at possibly is the Logitech G600 mouse. It has 12 keys, but in contrast to something like the Razer Naga, the buttons on the G600 are actually in two sets, and within each set, the three keys on either side are facing each other, if that makes sense. It's a bit hard to explain, but if you look at the pictures, the keys are kind of "grooved" and facing each other in a way so that, unlike the Naga, it'll be a lot easier to know exactly where your thumb is at and develop that muscle memory faster.

This is what I use. I love it. It feels solid, the buttons have a good click to them, it's RGB lighting, and it's roughly $45-50 brand new from BestBuy.
I love the Razer Naga hardware, but Synapse 2.0 made it practically unusable for me. Their software is a piece of shit and I had to switch to logitech.
EDIT: Since I'm at work and don't have my mouse here, I had to look at my amazon history to find the exact mouse I use. It's the Logitech G600, it has a very similar configuration to the Naga hardware that I love but the software works.
Seconding Vengeance Juggernaut. And as /u/notvasmi says, a 12 button mouse will help you out a lot - I essentially only use my left hand for typing and movement. It actually looks like the Logitech G600 is on sale for $42 right now.

Just got it this week and totally upped my curse game
Naga was a game changer for me, too. So soooo much easier to use all my spells when they are a short thumb-press away.
The mouse broke recently and I replaced it with a much cheaper Logitech mmo mouse. Used Bartender to recreate the Naga addon setup and it works great!
Check out the Logitech G600; tons of fully programmable buttons, and you can change the LED colours per profile, or permanently if you want :)

It's somewhat between the cost of a Naga and the Redragon noted above. I've had a couple Nagas that eventually start to get kind of loose buttons and a squeaky wheel so the G600 will be my next one. I have had very good experience with other Logitech gear quality.
But I cannot possibly stress enough the awesomeness and positive gameplay impact of an MMO mouse like these. It will completely change your play, massively for the better. Just keep in mind--it will feel WEIRD until you're used to it. Don't give up! :) Train your thumb to feel your spells on the number pad and eventually you'll become one with your input device, a moment of mouse Zen, and it's tons of fun.

I bought it myself, can't really review it yet.
I think it really comes down to personal preference. Once you've build up that dexterity with your left hand, switching to using your right thumb doesn't magically make things easier. I'd rather use the word helpful, if that makes sense.
With that said, I've seen people use MMO mice in a few different ways.
1 - They use the 12 extra buttons for long cooldowns and rarely used spells. They keep the main "rotational" buttons on the keyboard by the left hand.
2 - They use the 12 extra buttons for all of their most used abilities and put cooldowns by the left hand.
(of course these aren't the only ways, just the ones I've noticed)
I'm the latter. I use my mouse for my most used abilities and put cooldowns on the keyboard. (in all games, not just wow) I prefer this because it feel like I'm able to move better since my left hand is kinda dedicated to movement. Do I actually move better? Probably not but it makes sense to me. & I can't play without one now.
All in all I think mmo Mice are SUPER helpful, but not necessary.

This one is $36. I'm getting the Logitech G600 because it's a little less riced-out, and a bit more professional-looking, but it's also a tax write-off, so.. there you go.
You can get an MMO mouse with a bunch of buttons to give you more options.
Otherwise some turn based RPGs like Baulder's Gate or any point-and-click game.

Cheap and makes keybindings wayyyy easier. Also useful if you do any CAD work. Many MMO mice are twice the price; I haven't tried them but I'm not sure how they justify the price increase.
The keyboard you picked has blue mechanical switches. I wouldn't recommend blue switches for gaming because they're loud. The constant clicking gets on my nerves. I'd look for something that has red switches if it sounds like it would bother you.
As far as the mouse goes, I personally like Logitech. They have really good warranty / customer service.

so here are a few ergo mouse options. Along with that an mx red keyboard with orings will have about 2mm travel at about 55g of force to actuate. Couple these with proper wrist support and desk height, you should feel a lot better gaming and playing.
An ergo dox may even be better than a standard keyboard for you but a pricey endeavor.

Yes, No, Left, Right, High, Low, Ammo, Medic, Destroyed, Cover, concealment, Down (or "set down"), Up, Compass directions(North, SouthWest, and all 2 word combos), "From" (as in from left to right), single digit numbers, increments of 10, and if we want to get really messy increments of 5, and finally weapons platform names which can be condensed into wheeled, tracked, cannon, missile, IFV, APC and/or specific weapons like RPG, mortars rocket, machine gun and so on.
I bet someone could get away with Yes and no variants, Directions, a few types (infantry, vehicle tracked, vehicle wheeled, helicopter, "atgm" and tank) and 4 rough distance phrases. The most minimal would be compass directions, acknowledgements, and infantry or vehicle.
If you can set up a natural sounding board that you could use on the fly with binds to say the numpad you could do most of it all.
If you can map out 9 or 10 options to a keypad and then you could use alt+keypad numbers and maybe shift or shiftalt or a rebound windows key you could map out enough to do vehicle, most infantry things, logi, mortars, and other stuff.

If some dude can meme up Duke Nukem, John Wick, or have 12 hardbass songs for those Eastern Euro Logi Truck Sim rounds I don't see why you could not make a system that will work acrossed a vast amount of games and would make you more clear and concise than most of the playerbase. The tech is out there, the entry fee might be the only thing standing in the way of getting tactical.
My mouse is dying and its warranty expired a couple weeks ago. This seems to be a trend with me where my PC accessories die within a month or 2 of the warranty expiration.
My dilemma now is do I go for a mouse design that I like (Razer Naga, Logitech G600, Corsair Schimitar,) or do I go for a design that will make me look fabulous but I am less fond of?

I've used this logitech mouse for years because of a modifier button built into the pinky rest, they call it the "g-shift." When holding it down it activates a second profile for each button on the mouse allowing for quick and diverse actions through the mouse. When you release the "g-shift" key the buttons return to their base profile.
Software is also easy to use to program buttons. You can even have multiple profiles set up for individual programs and games. The software can also "auto-detect" what your playing to automatically switch profiles.
I've been working from home for a little under two years now. My setup is a little pricey, but I've paid for it working completely online, so that's a nice feeling.
I currently don't have a desk (won't have room until I move in with my girlfriend in a few months), so I work on a laptop for now. The laptop is a gaming laptop. I have a gaming laptop because, I'm not looking to simply "work" for an income. During the day, I work online while my laptop mines a cryptocurrency in the background. Crypto mining has definitely been a profitable venture for me. In the evening, I stream for a few hours on Twitch. I'm not a big established streamer, but I've made a little bit of income from streaming.
Because of not having a desk, I don't really have room for a second screen. However, I do have a Acer R11 Chromebook that I usually keep a couple Chrome tabs open to monitor various things. The touch screen is really nice as well.
My mouse is a Razer Naga. I am a man of efficiency and I believe that, for online workers like ourselves who are usually getting paid by getting work done and not by the hour, efficiency and productivity are key. The keypad on the side of the mouse work wonders. Being able to program different keys and even scripts to them is amazing. Some people prefer the Logitech equivalent to it.
The headset is going to ultimately come down to personal preference. There are many, many different headsets out that that come in all sorts of shapes and styles. Do you want over-the-ear? On-ear? Do you want the band to go over the head? Behind the head? Do you need a wireless headset because you have kids at home and you need to get up often? Reviews may not be too reliable as well. For example, with gaming headsets, if you go to any gaming forum or subreddit and ask about gaming headsets, people will have you believe that the HyperX Cloud II Headset is the greatest headset put on God's green earth. It just wasn't for me. It was a little tight on my head and the audio was a bit too "in my head", which gave me headaches. I much prefer the Astro A40 TR Headset.
Finally, you're going to want to protect your eyes. If you work online, you're going to be staring at a screen for hours on end. If you're looking at a screen, you're exposed to artificial blue light. Artificial blue light is meant to emulate sunlight. Exposing your eyes to it will strain your eyes, which can disrupt your sleeping patterns, cause headaches, elevate stress, etc. That's only in the short term. In the long term, well, screens emitting blue light haven't been around long enough yet, so we don't really know what the long term effects of it is. Still, you need to protect your eyes. There are a handful of companies that make glasses designed to specifically filter out blue light. When I used to wear specific glasses for this, my preferred brand was Gunnar Optiks. I say "used to wear" - I had to get prescription glasses recently and my eye doctor offered blue light protection in my glasses. I believe it's called "Prevencia". If you have to wear prescription glasses, ask about it next time you see your eye doctor.

Edit: I forgot to mention F.lux. F.lux is a program that reduces the amount of blue light your screen emits based on the time of day, emulating a sunset. At night, it gives your screen a red/orange lighting. At night, after the sun has set and F.lux kicks on on my screen, I take my glasses off. It's a very nice program.

Logitech does pretty good with their mice. While I like the Razer Naga better in use, the G600 is more durable in my experience.

Seconding Logitech G600 right here, it's going to be your best bet and it fits under your budget. If LEDs are out of the question, you can turn them off like /u/Dreyka1 said.
Remember that once you're done with the customisation and you need to get rid of software for whatever reason, you're free to uninstall it because mouse will remember your configuration and will behave the same everytime you plug/unplug it to yours or any other PC, free of hassle.
It also comes with two different colors, black and white, so you can get one that suits your liking... or your boss's caprice. Anyway, have a look.
Logitech overall guarantees best build quality and the mice will last for years, I'd say that would be best long-term investment.
I'd recommend the logitech G600 instead of the Naga.
It has the same number of buttons on the left side plus a 3rd clicker on the right hand side that can be remapped for use as a modifier key.
It's also less likely to break than a Naga and doesn't have the same manufacturing flaw that has afflicted the Naga for years. Oh and the G600 is cheaper.

The closest thing I can think of is the Corsair M95 that has 9 side buttons (an A9800 sensor), an identical looking Corsair M90, and I'm pretty sure you know about the G600. The Corsair mice here don't look exactly like your Naga numpad though. If you don't mind a wireless heavy mouse the G602 is the closest thing I can think of that has a lot of buttons on the side that's within the list of "accepted" mouse sensors in case you actually care about that.
Disregard the above if you're not looking for mouse button's galore. It slipped my mind that you were looking for a vertical ergonomic mouse rather than an ergonomic mouse with a naga style numpad. If we're getting into that territory I suppose a drawing tablet would also work out but I wouldn't be so sure if that's a better path due to posture issues and repetitive motion risk possible from that (edit: and the lack of buttons as far as I'm aware of). Upon searching on my own though (and I bet you have already) the most mouse buttons I can find at all would be a bare bones vertical mouse that has a DPI switch. I can't find any information if that can be rebinded to another function though.
Regarding your wrist/arm issues though you probably should talk to a doctor. There are ways to see first of all if there is a problem and where it is (nerve conduction test aka EMG). Personally when I had a struggle with a different arm/wrist issue that wasn't carpal tunnel syndrome that actually affected my hand's ability to function by quite a bit, the most helpful thing by far for me was spending some time, effort, and money in actually fixing my computer station. In my case at least it all had to do with the chair and once I was able to find a chair that worked and what was wrong with the old set up my arm/wrist issues gradually disappeared and most importantly the numbness disappeared, strength returned to my fingers, the pain (which wasn't really the main issue) disappeared completely, and some flexibility returned to my hand. I'm not exactly "cured," but at least I can properly move my fingers again.
The problem with my computer set up was that arms of my chair were were too high, they were too far away from my body, and were too long so they got in the way of using the computer properly. In other the words the chair was way too large for me. If you have a chair that has arms, my best suggestion is that you evaluate your chair especially. Your problem probably isn't mine at all, but honestly out of everything I was told to do by doctors, changing my computer chair was quite literally 97% of what fixed my problems. If you care even just a little bit I can tell you what guidelines used to fix my computer setup and most importantly pick the correct chair.
Regardless you should still see a doctor if you're really suffering. I got pretty lucky that the only things I needed were independent of medicine or surgery but you might not be.
12 programmable keys at your fingertips. I'm assuming that you're in the US.
I use an MMO gaming mouse and macro my most commonly used excel functions to the buttons. It blew my seniors' and managers' minds and a few of them went out and got one. Honestly I'm just trying to get work done faster so I can get done and go home sooner. But it makes sense, it's not hard to program and saves quite a bit of time over the course of a day, let alone a busy season.

Edit: I'm in the midst of busy season and didn't see this was about travel, but I'd still use my mouse for travel. A mouse is not big, and the efficiency is well worth the extra tiny bit of size a full size mouse has.

I've used nagas for years, but due to the multiple technical faults and replacements I've had to deal with, I decided to avoid purchasing them.
Check out the Logitech g600, it has a numpad on the side for MMO gaming, and although it's shaped differently and has a third mouse click, I got used to it way faster than expected and wouldn't swap it for anything.

For 20 USD(!), the Havit HV-MS735 is a pretty good budget option. Has a 3360 sensor, 12 grid, side scroll, and is ~107 grams with the internal weight removed, which isn't too bad for a 12 grid mouse, not to mention it being at the current price that it is.

At 30 USD, the updated Redragon M901 is the lightest 12 grid mouse available with a 3360. Has an additional button on the left side, and doesn't require any opening up to remove the weights. Weighs in at only 87 grams without weights.

At 60 USD (50 refurbished), the Corsair Scimitar is a 12 grid mouse with a 336X variant. Has the gimmick with adjusting the 12 grid, which is actually not too bad because if a 12 grid doesn't sit exactly right, you either lose full functionality or comfort. Unfortunately weighs a buttload at ~120 grams, which is normally a deal breaker for some.

Of course the Naga Trinity, which has the side panel gimmick. If the cable is like any recent Razer mouse, it'll have the best cable of the bunch by far. Also ~120 grams, so another monster in the weight class.

Logitech G600 at ~34 USD is an okay mouse. Logitech software is a lot better than Synapse and the crap the Chinese OEMs have. Has a pretty garbage sensor in it though, so FPS is going to be a no go.

Honestly though, the HV-MS735 and M901 are good. Unless you insist on using a mainstream mouse or dislike Chinese OEM software, the Redragon M901 is amazing due its weight class and the HV-MS734 is a budget god at 20 USD.

Cases are super subjective, that one will do fine if you like the look of it. It's an ATX case though, so I think you should get an full ATX motherboard. ATX motherboards have more slots, usually cheaper, and may be higher quality but that's a crapshoot. For the motherboard get this MSI one. It's a little more expensive than the one you have but that's because the one you had a cheaper business chipset. The different in features between the B85 you had and the H87
I'm recommending out is better SATA and USB3 support. Also better power distribution for your CPU the benefits of which isn't super important.
If you were to get a SSD, you would install windows on it and a few games. All of the other stuff will go to your harddrive. There's a SSD optimization guide on the sidebar, it was written for Windows 7 but it should be pretty much the same for 8. If you do end up getting one this Sandisk Extreme is pretty good. You can also look at Samsung's 840 series they're good as well.
Wireless depends on several things, whether you could snake a cable through the house, what kind of router you have (802.11n or above?), and what kind of games you'll be playing (get wired for twitch shooters or MOBA's). The GTX770 is actually a pretty significant improvement over the GTX760, look at benchmarks and determine if you think it's worth it for the games you play. The main thing to look for is that whether it pushes the FPS to over 60.
As for the keyboard. There's mechanical and nonmechanical keyboards. Mechanical keyboards are the clicky type that old IBM keyboards (I dont' know how old you are) were. They feel more solid and are loved by games for their responsiveness. I have a Corsair Vengeance k70 that I love. It's expensive though, there's also the cooler master one. This is a whole another can of worms, there's also different switch types. /r/MechanicalKeyboards can help you there. For the mouse I can safely recommend the Logitech G400 but for MMO's you might want more keys so there's always the G600 by logitech or the Razer Naga. I'm personally not a big fan of Razer's stuff I think they're way too flashy and apparently their build quality has gone down over the years as well. You'll have to do some research on your own there.

I'll never want another mouse for MMOs personally. The ring finger button is indispensable for me at this point, as it's my autowalk.
I've had mine since the year it came out, so it's about 7 years old at this point, and I dont see it dying anytime soon. It had a double click issue at one point, but a quick puff of compressed air under the right mouse button cleared it right up.
It can be had for under $40 at the moment, but you can snag them for under $30 a lot of times.
Since you already have an MMO mouse, I would definitely recommend that. I started using one just this year, and it took me about two weeks of consistent playing to get used to it.
It's hard to drop the muscle memory of instinctively going for a click in an emergency, but you have to try and make a conscious effort to remember to use your buttons, even if it takes you a couple of seconds to try and remember what button to press. You'll get faster over time, so just start slow.
A good way to practice is if you've been meaning to learn another job, preferably something that starts at level 1. You can get used to both the class and button pressing since you won't have too many abilities and buttons to remember. For your current main, practice button pressing on dummies.
As someone else said, I second the purchase of a G600 if you're interested in a new MMO mouse. I love the G600 because it has a G-Shift button, which is basically a button next to the right click. It typically functions as ctrl, so you can press Ctrl + 1 to 0 with one hand.

If you're a disabled gamer, play to your handicap. you can realistically play ANY build, even one with excessive flask spam with 1 hand.
Some builds to try out for new players(with help from experienced players) are things like nghamu's cyclone, any cyclone, Righteous Fire, Glacial cascade, EK nova, almost any of Mathil's builds this league, etc.
It's a gaming mouse made by Logitech. It's very similar to the Razer Naga, but it's made by Logitech. I got mine a week before launch, and it has been my favorite purchase in a long time. It did take some getting used to, but it has greatly improved my efficiency and I am able to focus on moving while attacking. This is the first MMO I've ever really got into and I'm now able to hang with a few of my friends who've been playing MMOs for years.

There's mice with buttons on the side where your thumb normally rests that act as the number keys on your keyboard. I've used one for about 5 years for MMOs. I can't recommend them enough. Here's one of the most popular and reasonably priced ones
I was informed by a gamer with one hand that it is possible to use a controller one handed, though I imagine it would take a while.
I would suggest an MMO mouse like a G600 and perhaps a controller in the other for movement entirely by thumb. Not sure if games have a problem with both inputs at once, but a steam controller in keyboard mode would probably get around that if they did.

I too have a hand injury, I suffer from partial paralysis in my left hand from a stroke I suffered. With having this all my life I can understand and relate to this issue. However, over my life I have found some interesting ways to deal with it.

)I don't use this as a claim of quality of product or endorse them in anyway, however, It does work for me. The two main buttons will allow you to move and you can set the 1-12 buttons on the left side of the mouse. I use that 3rd mouse button as a substitute for Ctrl which allows me to bind CTRL + 1-12 giving me a total of 24 buttons on my right hand alone. However, this does mean you have to press them all with your thumb which makes double weaving potentially difficult as well as staging your moves on the hotbar in a way that allows you to be efficent.
The next Item that I use is the Xbox one elite controller
Now this is quite pricey however I use this to allow myself to play games that make extensive use of L1 and L2 which if you play with a controller you will have to find ways to use those. Using this controller you can grip with your right hand and comfortably hit R1 and 2 while also hitting L1 and 2 via the paddles on the grip of the controller. It does take a little while to set up and can still be quite frustrating when you need to hit moves , however, this will let you play games beyond FF14 (just in case you enjoy games like say, dark souls)
And Finally, I have my 3rd option which is a bit of a jury rig however it does work. Using A fight stick kit I made a usb joystick which using Joy to key have set up as WASD for the 4 directionals. It is a tad awkward to use but in combination with thew g600 allows me access to everything that I need. I will say if you are very vocal via Keyboards it is cumbersome to have to remove your hands from the mouse and joystick to be able to type. However, this also is the set up I use for FPS games being able to set reload, jump, crouch and what have you to the mouse.

It helps even the load for right/left hand usage IMO. Right hand has movement, reload, jump, super, and interface. Left hand has aim, fire, grenade, melee, weapon switch. I may switch the jump/sprint just because i find myself tapping sprint when in a bind when I want to jump and vice versa.

Oh right, very reliable too. I've had mine for a good 2 years now with no problems. It doesn't have the infamous double clicking problem the Naga and other razer products have, it doesn't heat up like the naga does (I had a naga before this mouse). There are no clicking problems, no mouse wheel problems or any problems with the buttons on the side or DPI buttons.
The cord is also braided so it never tangles unless you deliberately do it yourself. The build quality is good too. None of the plastic has broken or cracked. I also got the white version so I had to worry about oil and sweat from my hand changing the white color to a yellow. After 2 years, no discoloration at all. Although I do take very good care of my mouse, I clean it every so often and remove all the dust and I obviously never eat or drink around it because it's white, nor do I click very hard or handle it roughly.

Hey welcome to the game, I hope you enjoy it :D Everyone when they first start playing the game is in the same boat as you, whether it's a 14 year veteran or a 14 week player. Personally, I have been playing a bit over 5 years myself, and I remember being so incredibly lost when I first started, so don't feel discouraged or anything like that. You'll get the hang of it pretty quickly:. I am going to try and make my responses to your questions a bit more detailed and concise, as that helped me a lot in the beginning, so apologies if this is long:
> Auto attacks. Do I have to keep pressing 1 to autoattack? Is there a way to make my warrior auto the enemy minion automatically, when I fight with it, without having to spam 1?
Nope you don't and should not press anything for auto attack, meaning remove the icon from your action bar (the bar at the bottom of your screen with all your abilities). The reason you don't press anything is because when you enter combat, you always use one of your abilities first. So when you first see an enemy, press an ability, when you're abilities are on CD (cool down, meaning if you press them nothing will happen) your character will auto attack. So the only time auto attacking will occur is if you're not pressing abilities, or your abilities are on CD, it's not something you need to think or worry about, it just happens.
> Dual Wielding. Does having two blades double your chances of hitting auto attacks or the dmg of your auto attacks or something like that? Or does it still remain the same?
I am not 100% sure on if it actually increases damage from using one weapon for auto attacking, I main a warlock and have never played a warrior. Apologies if I'm wrong, but to the best of my knowledge it just increases your attack speed. However this should not have any bearing on whether you decide to play fury, it's not something you need to think about ever. Fury dual wields because it's the fantasy of the class, so if that looks visually cool and fun to you try it out, do not worry about what spec does more damage unless you plan on going into high end raiding.

You can dual wield great swords because it's the fantasy of the class, do not worry about what type of sword. While leveling and gearing up, just equip the sword with a higher item level and better stats (all of this shows when you hover your mouse over the item). The size of the sword has no bearing, and you can not equip a shield as a fury warrior, it's not part of the spec, as the abilities and mechanics are built around two swords. If you want to use a sword and shield, you could switch to protection, which is the tanking warrior spec.

This has nothing to do with the size, it just happens that those swords have better stats than other ones. Also chances are if you're seeing a high level character, they're gear is transmogged and that's not actually what their swords look like. Transmogging is when you can pay gold, and change the appearance of your weapons and armor to look like other weapons and armor, once you it max level you'll probably spend a lot of time doing this.

I wouldn't say you should necessarily pay attention to them, especially while leveling, honestly unless you plan on joining a raiding guild or doing high end content, professions are nothing more than a way to make gold. So since you're new to the game, and leveling I wouldn't recommend going out of your way for it, you'll make enough gold through questing, dungeons and random battle grounds. I personally always pick mining and herbalism for all my characters. If you see rocks or plants and you have these, you just go over and right click to gather it, if you want you can sell it on the auction house. It's great while leveling because it's not something you go out of your way for, if you're questing or exploring and happen to walk past stuff, just go over a right click. It's very laid back profession, that requires no effort or thought.
Sorry for typing so much, I wanted to be as thorough as I could, because I know how daunting the game seems from your position. You'll honestly get the hang of everything in a month, but even as a 5+ year player, I still find myself figuring new things out haha If you are still playing the game in a few weeks or months and like it, I highly recommend looking into an MMO gaming mouse, such as the Logitech G600 (which is the one I use) or the Razer Naga. Mice like these have buttons on the side you press with your thumb. It is honestly a game changer, and makes playing WOW so much easier. I second that keyboard and mouse gameplay. Also look into using an mmo mouse. This made all the difference when I started healing. There are 12 button on the side of the mouse. That's one whole hotbar. Now it may look daunting, but you will get used it and it'll be second nature in a week. Now if you hold Ctrl or left shift, you have a whole 2 more hotbars right there on your right thumb. I have a Logitech G13 gamepad and a G600 MMORPG mouse.
Movement, shortcuts, menus etc is bounded to the gamepad and actions on the action bars are bound to the mouse.
If you can't get use to mouse and keyboard, you can always use your Dual Shock 4 on the PC, it will be just like on the PS4.

Bear in mind that there are options like this out there that can help the impared with their gaming. In this case especially, by offloading the WASD / Arrow keys to a foot pedal, it makes a lot of action and FPS games doable. I don't know the specifics about this situation, but I talked with a gamer in the past who lost his left arm, and a pedal like that with a mouse like this made him just as capable as anyone else.
I have a somewhat large hands. The RAT6 adjustable mouse was slightly too small for me.
I highly highly recommend the Logitech G600mouse if you have wide hands. I’ve had one for my desktop for 5.5 years now, and a second one for my laptop nearly 2 years. The one that I ordered in March 2013 was the original model, with original not-updatable firmware, and it’s still going strong. Zero issues. The new ones have update-able firmware via the Logitech software if they ever decide to release any more upgrades.
The only issue I had is once was when I ordered my second mouse for my laptop. the LMB didn’t work , but an RMA fixed that. The replacement has worked great, and I travel with it weekly, so it gets its fair share of abuse riding the planes and going through the airports.
I can’t play games without this mouse anymore. The customizable thumb buttons may seem like overkill, but they are amazing. Just imagine: with the right setup, you never have to search for hotkeys that require moving your fingers away from movement keys ever again. Or you can make a macro to perform an action. Super customizable.
There are competitor mice with similar features? Like Razer Naga, but it’s way to small for my hand.

NAGA EPIC USER HERE
I just dumped mine after the 3rd RMA. The original Nagas (2012) were amazing but the recent iterations have been pretty poor. Here are the options I found:
Corsair Scimitar Pro This is a smaller mouse than the naga, but provides the 12 button pad and has great software to boot
Logitech G600 This one is just a little too bulky for me, I have very small hands, but it is logitech. The dual dish feature is too weird for me.
Steelseries Rival 500 Not your standard layout, but a good sensor. Large mouse , very similar to the naga epic.
In the end, I went with the Rival 500, because I liked the features (programmable rumble support) and the Pixart 3360 Optical Sensor was a good choice. It is heavy, so not ideal for fps, but i use it anyways.
Also, there is always knockoff on amazon. My brother has this one and he loves it. Eh?

Lifesaver for my tiny hands.
Razer makes some good stuff. I will argue that they are a bit overpriced at times, but if you buy from them you will get a quality product. Wouldn't hurt to see if you can get a sale price, though. You do pay a bit extra for the fancy lighting features of the Chroma. What I do like about the Naga though is some of the models come with different grips you can trade out for larger hands.
As far as alternatives, Corsair and Logitech make good products as well. The G600 is on sale right now, actually. Not a bad choice if the fancy lighting the Chroma has isn't important to you.
I'm just not sure there needs to be a "next level" here.
There are a few distinct variations on the mouse. For example, the 3D mouse, Apple's Magic Mouse, or perhaps a variation on the ergonomic mouse, and let's not forget the trackball mouse.
But, lots of people have tried to make a "next level" mouse without anything really catching on. Also consider how many programs have hotkeys that don't involve a mouse. Lots of power users on all types of systems (definitely including Windows) avoid touching the mouse if they don't have to, as it adds up as wasted time throughout the day.
Instead of trying to design something that everyone else would use, let's start trying to find the problem that you appear to be trying to solve. And to do that, let's start with your day-to-day. What actions do you perform in your normal day-to-day that you feel like would make more sense to move to the mouse? Do you already use an "MMO Mouse" with 20 buttons? If not, this might be the way forward for you.
I find that most people who still use a mouse are either in a workplace environment or they are playing computer games. Note that lots of people casually browsing the internet at home (not playing PC games, and not actively working) aren't even using a mouse at all.

You'll also need extra buttons for other stuff like charms/scrolls/potions/brooch/pets/emotes/noct/spam/sitmacro other shit and offloading some of your skills to your mouse will help a lot. Plus pressing just one key to cast a skill is always faster than pressing two keys.

I think it really depends on what type of games you are playing, how much you want to spend, and what size keyboard you want. Do you need it to be programmable, macros? Do you care how it looks? do you want rgb, and lazers shooting out of it, or something plain? I would try something with a smaller form if you havent, something without a numpad, it adds so much more room to your desk top. You can get a good tenkeyless like this Corsair
I built a Cospad/XD24 with silver cherry mx switches just for playing games where I use a headset/never type. As for a mouse I have tried all the steel series, and I think the Rival 700 is pretty good, I also have a Logitech g600 that I used to use for some games.
Let us know what you choose, it's also fun to try different stuff. You can sometimes pick up stuff used for cheap, or just return something if you don't like it.

I suppose the lighting on the back looks unprofessional. Did you try the Logitech G600. It looks more business appropriate, and as someone who has owned 3 nagas and a G600, it's a better mouse. White Verision.
I don't know of any other mice with that many programmable buttons that doesn't look gamer specific, sorry.
I didn't find much in that realm but I did find this program for xbox controllers which you can convert to one handed like this. It costs a pretty penny but it is definitely an option. I have the Logitech g600 which has 20 buttons and I use the third mouse button (ring finger) for jumping or crouching depending on the game, as it's very accessible. I'm sure you could easily use the 12 keys on the side as wasd and interactive buttons really easily. I would definitely recommend this mouse as I use it to multi task also. Best of luck friend.

Would something like an MMO mouse work better? With a dozen buttons on the side, you could re-map the buttons forward/backward/up/down to whatever position is most comfortable. Although I haven't tried it myself, I've been eyeballing the Logitech G600.
Also, after reading your problem and some of the replies and even looking up common mouse grips, I'm now extremely conscience about how I hold my mouse and I fear I'm doing it wrong. So thanks for that.

a bit cheaper is the razor naga. Get a wired one though, the wireless ones bare go 6 months with losing charge badly and the charge station on ours stopped working. The wired one my cable is knotted and kinked badly held by duct tape but its working fine for 3 yearsish.

this is my mouse, and I love it. The reason I think it would work for your mom is that there are TWO right mouse buttons. If you program the far right mouse button to act as the RMB, and the button to the immediate right of the wheel as left mouse button, then she can just ignore the left button or even deactivate it. This way she can still rest her hand on the mouse in a way that is comfortable. The thumb buttons are also great, but obviously she can ignore them if she wants (however I have them programmed with very simple commands, cut, copy, paste, etc. very easy to program)

I use the Naga but everyone I know that uses a G600 either wanted a Naga (then switched) or had a Naga and then got this most people tend to have a Naga that dies on them. Mine is fine so far but I heard that the G600 is better than the Naga both in construction and durability.

I have a Logitek G600.
Here is how my HUD looks and the keybinds are as follows.
Numpad 1, 4, 7, and 0 on the 7th hotbar. Numpad 2, 5, 8, and - on the 8th hotbar. Numpad 3, 6, 9, and + on the 9th hotbar.
Below that is CTRL + Numpad buttons (which is the G-shift button the the G600) is the same corresponding numbers as above.
As you can see the majority of my keybound buttons are for my instant cast abilities. That way your left hand can focus on moving and you don't have to stretch yourself in trying to hit a button and dodging at the same time.

Hey OP, assuming your right hand is normal, perhaps you should look into something like an MMO mouse for example, which you could then reassign keys to the thumbpad to put more functions immediately accessible on that right side. This one for example has 20 programmable buttons, which I am sure would cover most of the required buttons. Might take a bit of practice!
first off can I just say that this contest is absolutely amazing?! I try not to add too many expensive items and usually just keep them on my own personal "wish list" (aka things I'm saving to buy). Looking to replace my 2012 razor Naga, I'd prefer to to avoid any other razor products. I love the way to mouse feels but i'm not a fan of the software or the build quality. I'm also not a fan of the newer nagas or i'd most likely grab on of them. I'd really prefer a mouse with at least 6 easy to use side buttons, the typical 12 button mmo style works too though. So far I've tried the Logitech G600 and the Redragon Perdition, however I'm not a fan of their width (I like to have my ring and pinky finger hanging off the mouse, so i'm not sure if this is a palm or claw grip).
Can anyone offer up any mouse suggestions?
I went through this same process a few months ago, having gotten annoyed with the small wireless mice (Logitech m305 and m505) that I had around.
I ended up getting a wired "gaming" mouse (the Etekcity Scroll 6E, that I found on Slickdeals for $9, and haven't looked back. It's got a thumb rest on the left, and ergonomic indentations on the right for my ring and pinky fingers, and it slides soooo smooth. The adjustable DPI button is great when I want to have a little more detailed control (basically, makes you mouse move faster or slower via a click, rather than having to change your "mouse speed" settings).
The driver software that came with it allows you to adjust the exact DPI that each click cycles you through - I've still got it at the default, which moves higher with each click through five levels (and changes the LED color to let me know where I'm at, from Red @ 1000 up to Yellow at 4000) Here's a pic: http://i.imgur.com/QxzK0nK.png
I may well move to something like the Logitech G600 just to have the 12 macro buttons - I think it'd be slick to be able to assign buttons for the functions I use most in Illustrator/Indesign/Photoshop (at least the ones not on the left side of the keyboard), though I could always re-assign my shortcuts in those programs, I guess.
The other feature I wish it had is the "infinite scroll" feature on some of the higher-end Logitech mice, where you can un-hitch the mouse wheel from the "scroll bumps", and free-spin down really long documents. I tried a mouse with that recently and it was pretty awesome.

just bought one of these today for 62$ on amazon with free 2 day shipping with amazon prime.
I spent about 4 hours researching and debating. And here were my main findings. (Note: amazon links ahead) It came down between the Logitech g600 and the Razer Naga / Razer Naga Molten. I really wanted to buy the razer naga molten because it looked the coolest of the three to me. I ruled out the basic razer naga is that the 2012 and 2013 versions only come in emerald green (one of my least favorite colors) which is a minute contention but it was a big enough thing to make me look at other options. When it came down to it I went for durability, economical value, and the most amount of buttons where I found the g600 to be the most superior. Here is the video that pretty much sold me on the g600 from youtube. As well a job as they do in the vid, I feel the speakers are biased towards the g600, but they still provide enough info and personal experience that I don't have to sway my own opinion. Great video review, and I highly advise if you are going to buy a new mmo gaming mouse to shoot for either the g600 or one of the three current models of the razer naga (my vote for the basic version, especially if you can find a 2011 blue version). Another more economy valued alternative is the anker 8000 dpi high precision gaming mouse, which has a total of 9 buttons and great value for the sweet piece of tech you're getting, not even mentioning its very ergonomic shape. Something like this would be cool as hell, but I think looking for it to be built into the game is the wrong approach. There are plenty of gaming mice (mouses?) and keyboards available with custom programming software that can handle this better than ArenaNet could.
Just imagine a Tuesday game update that breaks the F1 keybind for all Mesmers, and they can't fix it until Friday. I will go ahead and confess that I'd be cheering in PvP lobby! But for everyone else this would be devastating. UGH! >:O
Those interested may want to check out Logitech's line of... meese, particularly the G600 MMO mouse. It has a third mouse button on the far right - the "G" key - that enables you to change the functionality of all the other buttons. For example, let's say you have the 1 - 5 buttons on the side of the mouse bound to your F1 - F5 skills. You could set it up so that when you press and hold the G key those 1 - 5 buttons instead correspond to 5 of your mounts. Release the G key and you're back to your F-skills. There are a lot of great possibilities.
The same is true for keyboards, though a nice gaming keyboard with single key customization is hella expensive, you can get a small macro pad for pretty cheap. I have a Logitech G13 keypad - which I did not buy for $299 - that is great for this purpose. You can get it used for cheap on eBay. I also have a Max Falcon 8 keypad that I use for mass copy-pasting at the office, but it's a pain in the ass to program. Recently I've been looking at Koolertron's keypad on Amazon as an upgrade.

I personally use the older Logitech G700, but I don't really use the programmable buttons for MMOs.
Depends on what you need in a mouse.
If you're looking for a regular gaming mouse with decent DPI, you can go super cheap and get decent DPI compaired to a regular mouse, but not any super build quality. You can Go a small step up with a budget name brand mouse, which will have slightly better build quality. Then you can jump up to a Decent gaming mouse which has high DPI and good build quality, or this one as an alternative.
If you are an MMO gamer and want side buttons, there aren't many budget options, but the Razer Nagga MMOG 2014 Or the Logitech G600.
I have peronsally used all levels of gaming mice, and still use a super cheap wireless gaming mouse with my laptop, and I use an original Razer Naga MMOG on my desktop. I like them both, though I don't expect my cheap wireless one to last long, it still performs extremely well for the price.
Keep in mind these are just suggestions, Other people might like/disklike these mice for there own personal reasons. I peronally like the ergonomics of the Razer mice over any other.

I'm playing on the PC with keyboard + mouse setup for ages, but when it comes to MMORPGs like FFXIV I always recommend getting an "MMO mouse" like the Logitech - G600, it makes so much easier to reach your skills with less confusion, sure you need practice to get used to it, but it's well worth your time.
Not exactly an in-game question, but I just ordered a mmo mouse (aka it has like 12 buttons on the side). Have any of you used something like that for League? Are they effective for item actives/attack move (some support games I have a LOT of actives), or am I likely just gonna end up going back to my super-generic mouse?

This is what I'm using, Logitech G13 and a Logitech G600. Together, literally everything I do can be set up custom for every game I want. I have a regular keyboard in between them for when I need to type in a chat box, or something similar. I actually now have problems playing without my left hand on a g13 and right on the g600.

I've never been one for the big fancy mechanical keyboards, way too noisey and cringey for my taste. This is the only one I would buy solely due to it's aesthatics.
If you're gonna pay $60 you may want to just work to get another $20 so you could get this.
Op, I use the above method to great effect. I would suggest getting a 12 function mouse, like this, as it makes the game a more fun.
For the macro some helpful hints are to use the showtooltip and leave the macro image blank. When you click the modifier button it will change to the image of the selected spell.

My hands are pretty messed and I can't do much with them so I try to have a billion input devices to switch it up. Vertical mice did not help me at all! Seemed like the wrong size for my hand or something though.
Most recently got the Logitech G600 (https://www.amazon.ca/Logitech-Gaming-Mouse-Black-910-002864/dp/B0086UK7IQ) but haven't got a chance to use it yet because winter makes me not able to use anything. Heh. But it's wider with support for the pinky finger which I think will help me a lot as I often get MCP dislocations on both ends on that pinky from mice. Also LOTS OF BUTTONS!!

I read you said trackballs mess up your thumb but I don't use my thumb for it, just my whole hand or my index and middle finger together or whatever feels best at the moment. I use my thumb for the left bottom button only. It comes with a wrist rest but I try to just hover above it to not mess with my wrist. Moving it in the middle of my desk right in front of me helps wrist and arm posture otherwise I end up wanting to rip off my arm from the pain.
I used to have a RollerMouse (http://www.contourdesign.ca/product-category/mice/) which I loved for a lot of stuff but it ended up breaking... I think I ate over it too much and the crumbs messed it up and then I tried to take it apart to fix it and for the first time ever fully broke something. Oops. Heh. But seriously, having the option to easily mouse with the left hand or just differently on the right hand was really nice. I might have to get another one at some point. They have lots of models now so maybe I can find one that handles crumbs better. :P
I actually like controllers for some gaming. But if I have to do fine movements it doesn't have the same control as a mouse and ends up tweaking out my nerve pain or something. It just helps having my wrist turned rather than flat on a mouse (again the vert mouse didn't work for me though!). But it does hurt my thumb more.
Uhm... I'm probably forgetting something so will comment again if I can think of anything else. Mostly I've been waiting for laser eye tracking stuff to get better. Can't use the kind where you turn your head or anything because my neck is so messed.

Personally, I'm a fan of the Logitech G-600. I've used the Razer equivalent, but I gad the scroll wheel sticking issue within a year. I've had this one for about a year now, and haven't had any problems with it.
The extra button up top is actually really useful. It activates "G Shift," which basically lets you map a second set of keys to your mouse while you're holding it down. So the left side buttons? They are my standard 1 to =, plus my ctrl+1 to ctrl+= as well. That lets me keep my pinky on the shift key for easy access to a third hotbar's set of sills. That's 36 skills without really having to move my hands at all.

Logitech G600. Cannot recommend this thing enough. Having so many buttons, ring-click and mouse tilt buttons provides incredible amounts of utility. I can tilt my mouse left and right to cycle through action bars, hotkey the ring-click to shift for extremely easy utilization of shift modifiers for "Shift +" keybinds. Had it for two years now, going on three and has yet to show any sign of performance degradation. And it's only like $40USD.

Eat your words. If you're one of those people who just thinks it's all razer, you obviously aren't educated on anything gaming peripherals. There's a lot more than just razor at $100 for just a piece of garbage plastic mouse. I've seen and used a lot of different mice and keyboards, Razor definitely has had the worst quality of build and a longevity in how long they actually worked. They aren't bad by all means, but a lot of things are better, way cheaper, and you're pretty much paying for 2/3 the name, 1/3 the quality.

I use the Razer Naga 2014. The mechanical side buttons feel really nice to use. Razer's "Synapse" software works decently well with Mac, as you can bind any button to a multitude of functions. The only issue I've run into is that the OS-level mouse tracking seems to reset to 0 on reboot. Not a huge issue. I would definitely purchase this mouse again if mine were to ever go up (had it for about 11 months now with no issues.)
The Logitech G600 has decent reviews, although I didn't go with it because a) the side buttons are squishy, and b) the software only works in Windows, so if you want to rebind keys to something else, you're out of luck.
A cheaper option is the Redragon Perdition, which is a newer "MMO mouse." I couldn't verify, but I don't believe this one has any Mac software either. However, the buttons are still just numeric keys, so if you don't need anything crazy, it should be fine. You can also store the button profiles on the device, so if you have a Windows install, you can apply it there then use it in OS X.
There's also the UtechSmart Venus. Not bad reviews; fairly new; cheap. Like the two previous mice, I don't believe it has any Mac software, but the extra buttons will still function.

I have a hard time finding comfortable mice, and I can hit all the buttons on this mouse (well for 15-20 I have to slightly lift my hand).
If you have an electronics store like Fry's near by you can go test a bunch of mice and see what fits the best.

I recommend the Corsair K95 RGB for a keyboard and the Logitech G600 or the Logitech G502 for a mouse (it depends on you gaming preference).
If the prices are a bit steep, I recommend going with any Mechanical keyboard that uses Cherry MX switches. Just in case you don't know, mechanical key are significantly more durable and much better for gaming and typing. Cherry is a German Company and they easily make the best mechanical keys. The RGB is purely because I like colors (and gaming in the dark), not a necessity of any kind.
As for mice, I own the G600 but have used both. Otherwise, Logitech's stuff is always pretty high quality and they have a wide range. No doubt you'll find something more suitable for you.

You could try the G602, it has 11 programmable buttons and a ton of battery life, I use it.
If you really need a lot of buttons you could try an MMO mouse (ex: G600, Razer Naga), or just search for any MMO mouse wherever you want to buy.

I like the Logitech MMO mouse too. You can map things slightly differently from a naga (wheel can tilt side to side, for example, each tilt can be mapped). Logitech’s software is some of the least aggravating out there. But their MMO mouse is pretty big and not modular, so sometimes it annoys my right hand after a while (small/female hands).
Tried the Corsair one, really didn’t like it or their software, it went back to Best Buy.
I swap between Nagas (currently the cordless epic from about six years ago) and Logitech, depending on where I am.

If you can (and are right-handed), consider getting the Logitech G600. It's consistently on sale, very durable (mine lasted like 4 years before I replaced it), and great for MMOs.
But before I bought that, a good tip is to keep your important skills (GCDs and low-cd oGCDs) close to your movement keys and keep less-frequently used ones further out. Keypad is a great space for your buffs and super situational skills (like Feint, for instance).
You should also consider your opener and rotation and use skills that are often used together near each other. For example, as a NIN, I kept my GCDs on 1, 2, 3, and 4, and kept my mudras on E, R, F, and G.

In addition to what everyone said, if you have a mouse with extra buttons (like Mouse 4 and higher) then it might help to download some kind of driver to map those keys as Alt/Shift/Ctrl (preferably only when you have FF14 in focus, if your software supports that). This opens up more possible keybind combinations since it's more comfortable to do without contorting your hands.

Drop down to a 1000W power supply. You don't need all the excess power.
Buy a pair of headphones, not headsets. Headphones come without a mic though but usually sound better, I recommend sennheiser HD558. Then buy a separate mic. For the mic I recommend Blue yeti (Great sound quality but pick up EVERYTHING and is 100$) Antlion modmic 4.0 (Not as good as blue yeti but better than headset mics and is 60$) or a Zalman Zm-Mic1 (Better than MOST headset mics and costs around 20$)
I wouldn't buy anything Raze because a lot of people (including me) have had problems with them, my biggest issue is the driver. It always freezes up. Anything that's razer that I bought has lasted for about half a year. Logitech is probably the longest lasting brand of anything that I've bought. I have a Logitech mouse from around 3-4 years ago that still works but I switched to an mmo mouse (Logitech g600) For FPS I recommend the G402 Hyperion Fury, for MMO I recommend the G60, and for a little bit of both I recommend the G602

It's important to remember what you'll be using your PC for before picking out your peripherals.
For a mouse:
Any type of MMO or MOBA gaming? I recommend a Razer Naga (Razer hate stems from overpricing, they're still quality products), the Corsair Scimitar, or the Logitech G600. Mostly FPS? I recommend the Zowie FK1/FK2 (they seem to be hard to find these days, unfortunately), the Logitech G400s or the Razer Deathadder. I also recommend you check out this guide for more details on solid gaming mice.
Keyboards are a lot harder because even if I list features you'd need to know what type of resistance you'd want in your keys, when it comes to mechanical.
How much space do you have? Do you need a full size keyboard, a tenkeyless board (which just removes the numpad),or a 60% board. Do you want mechanical, which can make typing more comfortable but is more expensive? Then you'll need to check out some youtube videos if you can't find instore demos. Bestbuy should have a couple, but if not try this video. If you want the clacky noise then Blues are the way to go, but normally I'd recommend reds or browns.

About the lights - in the logitech gaming software you can change the intensity of the lights, or just turn the lights off all together. If you ever want lights, you can change the color of the lights in the software too. YOU PRETTY MUCH NEED the software to take advantage of the awesomeness of the mouse, as you can control the DPI, profiles, toggle from onboard memory profiles to computer profiles (computer profiles are more customizable, I personally use that.), color settings, etc.

Well, not exactly. Here's a pic from the setup screen. I have it keybound so that the leftmost set of skills is used by holding shift and hitting the corresponding G9-G20 buttons on this mouse which are assigned to the 1-0 and -/= keys (e.g. Shift+G9 is Aetherflow, Shift+G10 is Cleric stance, ect). The second set from the left is used by just hitting the mouse buttons without an additional key bind (e.g. G9 alone is Physic). The third set is with alt, and the 4th set is with ctrl. Keybinding was a bit of work (took like 20 minutes) but it looks like this.

To move camera, hold RMB. To move character, hold LMB and RMB. Then you got the standard LMB clicks. It comes equipped with 12 customizable thumb buttons and a ring finger button that changes those 12 buttons into Ctrl + 12 more customizable buttons. The rest of your skills you can just click on them with LMB.
With this setup, I'm still able to comfortably play the game fully including dungeons and raids.

Why Logitech has abandoned this mouse completely is beyond me, I've been using it for nearly 7 years now & don't intend to stop until there's an equivalent to replace it, closest thing I found was the Corsair Scimitar (pretty much the only other brand I trust as much as Logitech) but apparently it's scroll wheel doesn't have a back & forward function which I use a fair bit. I've also had iffy experiences with Corsair's software, not to say Logitech's is perfect but they're nowhere near as bad.
Ironically, I made the same mistake you did in buying a Razer product (My g600 was wearing down hard, I was getting desperate leave me alone), I bought the wireless Naga, used it for 5-10 mins & returned it to the shop the next day.
I'm also getting tempted to literally buy about 5 of them to store away so I can use them for the next 50 years.

I've gone through 3 Nagas and my G600 has already outlasted all 3 of them and still works like the day I opened it. First Naga got RMA'd after 3 months because it both stopped tracking accurately and 2 buttons were multiclicking, never dropped or slammed. The brand new in box one they sent as a replacement died a few weeks past warranty with almost identical issues. I bought a brand new one again and the middle click died in 3 weeks. I didn't even bother RMAing that one, I just retired it to light duty on another system and bought a G600. Had this G600 for over 2 years now with no issues yet, not to mention if it does die it's half the price to replace. I hate Razer.
Great build you have there. I assume it's for gaming, otherwise it's way over what would be recommended. The other people in this thread also have some great advice that I didn't address. Mainly I'm focusing on peripherals for now.
Monitor -- I have the same monitor, and I love the quality it gets. $229 is a total steal for that level of quality. (Just make sure you adjust the color profile afterward -- this is very important. Set the monitor to these settings to avoid terrible colors. (I set the contrast to 90 instead of 83, but that's just my preference. Load up a game and raise it / lower it in various conditions until satisfied.) For the longest time I left it at default, and after I adjusted the color I completely regretted not spending those ten minutes improving it.
Keyboard / Mouse -- I think you're really over-paying for keyboard and mouse. I use the Corsair K70 (mechanical kb's are nicer quality-- make sure you go with Cherry MX Brown version for key type), and the Logitech G600 (same buttons layout, still customizable RGB). If you also want customizable RGB for your keyboard, the K70 comes in a $50 more version, though I personally just went with the default red.
Storage -- Lastly, it looks like you only have 500GB for the SSD. If you're going to be storing video games or large files, it might benefit you to bump up that EVO to 1TB (that's what I have), or tack on a cheap HDD for some flexibility.
Try the Logitech G600, I've been using one for about 2 years now.

I'm similar to you. I have big hands so my two rightmost fingers drag if I don't grip the mouse with them and I tend to pick up lighter mice. Loving the G600 except for the 12 side buttons

for mmos it is better to go with something like this naga, g600, scimitar.
they have a lot of buttons on the side so you can have all the mmo abilities at your thumb disposal (from those three Naga is the smallest).

razer products depend on your luck. i had 2 nagas. the first one i kept for 4 years with no problems at all until i step on it and the second one lasted for 6 months and i send it back. double clicking problems on lmb and the wheel started to fall apart.
g600 is really big. it is very well build and looks like it's gonna last (i have it for 6 month now?! i dont remember) but it is solid. also a bit heavy.

Yes, WildStar doesn't have many skills, but combat requires you to be highly mobile. I bind my main attacks to 5 on my Razer Naga because that's right in the middle of where my thumb sits anyways.

I like having a unified driver for my products so if i switch to a different mouse i would prefer to switch most of my stuff to a new unified, that being said i have heard good things from Logitech and steel series mice. There tons of options out there for you to try, especially if you don't mind having multiple driver controls around.

this is the best deal. on sale from $80 to $35. I replaced a working corsair scimitar for it. the gshift button is a new clicking that gives a button for your right hand ring finger. It can be bound as whatever.

I've owned the Razer Naga. the left click button started ghosting and double clicking. I owned a corsair scimitar. the software for corsair sucks ass compared to the other. The logitech g600 is the most comfortable, best priced right now as it's 45% off, and the software is easier to use.
personally i use a logitech g600. takes some getting used to but its nice for games and blender. i use it to switch layers quickly in blender and fast weapon switching in games.
I have the logitech G600, its somewhat limited on the keys you can program into it, but for the most part it works well and its wired.

The stickers didn't really help me, and they fell off eventually. I used about 6 of the buttons before mine miraculously stopped working just over one year after I got it. If I get another one it will be the Logitech version as it has better button set-up (angling) or one with 4 or 5 buttons on the side.

Don't forget you can use modifiers on the keybinds (shift, alt, ctrl - multiples of) to give yourself more choices. Also if you don't have one an MMO mouse, it is literally a life-changer (Logitech one I picked up). I use the mouse for all my offensive spells and save the ones around WASD for movement and interrupts/QoL stuff.

Well the Logitech G600 might be a bit overkill on the buttons
With the logitech software and you can change the DPI and the polling report rate.
You can also change it to almost any primary color.
The scroll has the ability to be pushed left or right for different functions.
It's obviously more of an MMO mouse, but I love using it in FPS games to switch weapons along with League of Legends to use items.
"From all over they come to me" refers to Sylvanas because the only way to get to Sylvanas is to use one of the four corridors from the inner ring to get to the apothecarium where sylvanas resides. Each corridor exits at 3, 6, 9, and 12 on a clock face.

Get one of those thumb grid mice, like the Razer Naga (which i use) or the Logitech G600. Ignore the anti-Razer hate train, most of their products aren't that great, but their mice are always top-notch.
Got one? Good, it is so much easier using those than binding your whole keyboard. If you haven't already, use Dominos or Bartender. Where and how you place the bars is entirely up to you, and what you feel comfortable with.
For reference, this is how my keybindings look.
Now, the keybind fun starts. Put your main spells, preferably damage ones if you're dps or heal ones if you're a healer, from 1 to =, but you don't have to go that far (i go from 1-0). Bind everything else 1-= using Shift, Alt, and Ctrl modifiers, the way you do it is up to you. I personally use 1-0 for damage and mobility, shift modifier for utility, and alt modifier for self-defense or situational spells. The closer to 1 you put your ability, the more you remember it. You can also use extra non-number keybindings if you like, including Q, E, F, G, whatever floats your boat.
Oh, and remember that not everything needs to have a keybind.

Right handed only, but not all 9+ buttons are expensive.
I bought the white one when it dropped to like $34.
(I suggest learning to use the mouse right handed for games, as it will BENEFIT your ability to play. You want your more dexterous and favorable hand on the keyboard, ideally, and this favors lefties.)
Unfortunately, left handed anything is going to be 1.5-2x the price.
I do recommend purchasing a mouse with the 12 thumb keys on the side of the mouse. It makes mapping keys a lot easier. It's super useful in just daily use as well.
