Startale uses the Zowie MiCO, which is pretty much an exact copy of the Logitech Mini Optical Mouse, which is what all KR BW players used.
This is the best-feeling mouse I have ever used. Sadly, Logitech stopped producing it in favor of flashier models that don't fit the hand as well.
Gaming mouse doesn't mean RTS mouse. RTS mice usually have just 5 buttons and that's only because the forward and back buttons aren't intrusive. Hell Flash used this for the longest time. Not exactly a "gaming" mouse but worked for the best BW player ever.
