I really have no recommendations. I must say, I did have a lonely planet travel book with me and I ate at all the restaurants recommended in that book. They were all really good. So, if you wanna know which restaurants to eat at, get that book. I borrowed the book from the hotel. Some hotels may have it, some may not. You can get the book in other major bookstores in any other country. Lonely Planet is a very famous travel book brand

Pollution in my opinion is equal to Bangkok and Manila.
